Flex protein house is such a hidden gem. I'm so happy I decided to try it out. They have so many options much more than what I thought because I went in for a meal replacement shake, but they have electrolyte drinks. They have pre-workout drinks they have post workout drinks they have during workout drinks they have Meal replacement detox shots they have refreshers they even have protein donuts, which were so delicious. The inside is a very nice upscale lounge vibe with tables, chairs, and inside that mini basketball game. Overall, the vibes were great and I will definitely be coming back.!

Honestly one of the best protein donuts I've ever had. I'm very picky and never been a fan of fruity pebbles. I tried the fruity pebble and it's now my favorite! Service is amazing one of the friendliest person I've met. Place is very organized and very well put together. Definitely will always come back for more!

This place is nice when it comes to a small business. They make it their goal to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The guy who showed us around had immaculate energy and was very kind to explain how things work. They have lots of space with games like basket ball, foosball, and darts. They have loads of tables and room to even chill. We also got a discount for being our first time and our smoothie was delicious. Definitely will be coming back.
