When did they start closing the lobby at 8:30pm without any sign letting people know on their sign? Lobby closes at 8:30pm, and drive-thru closes at 10pm. We left and didn't buy anything. We went somewhere and it was actually better. We were there on Wednesday August 13th of 2025 at 8:22pm and the guy said we would have to take our food to go cause they close the lobby at 8:30pm. I asked since when? He said since forever. I asked him how long has he been there and he said about 2 years. Then that's not since forever.

Ordered lunch here. Ffood was decent as usual, but what I don't understand is why they nickel and dime you for an extra sauce. You're already charging over $10 for rice and grilled chicken, some of the cheapest ingredients in the market, and then you want to charge 25 cents for a small cup of teriyaki sauce? Especially since it used to be out and you could pour your own. I won't be back.

I was here since 8:30am waiting for them to open. They say they open at 9am it was 9am they said we had to wait for 25 minutes. Fake advertising by saying they open at 9am other places have their people early to have stuff ready. Being pregnant and craving this hope my baby do not come out looking like teriyaki thanks to your fake hours of operation. ☹️😭
Best food ever! It's so great that I drive about 1 hour just for this delicious plate lol Soooo worth it!!! My kids loved it!!!

I ordered a medium chicken bowl and paid extra for avocado. I picked up my order and went to work. Later, I found out that I was given a small chicken bowl with NO avocado instead. When we spoke to the workers, they said WE had to check our own food next time and bring the food back if there was a mistake. How can I bring the food back while I’m at work, I just wanted some lunch??? This was disappointing.
