Came in for the first time and left so happy. I tried the employees recommendation for their house coffee (hazelnut blend with sea salt foam) and it was delicious! We will definitely come back when we come into the area to visit.

It was my first time at this location and I can say that this IS the best hiccups there is! First of all it was amazing meeting another Karla & she was literally the sweetest and took care of me and my friends with the best customer service! I am definitely coming back because of her!!!

I have always been a huge fan of Hiccups and especially of their ORANGE CHICKEN ! During my recent visit I was helped out by the sweetest employee ever , Karla . I was indecisive of what drink to get and she was so patient and even gave me a sample of the new coffees and I instantly became a fan of the house coffee !!!

This place is by my house so I come here often. About once a month. Today was the 4th time I have gotten food with absolutely no flavor. It's as if the "chef" threw the noodles in the pan and then took them out. No seasoning, no garlic, no parmesan cheese. I have eaten here enough to know what it's supposed to taste like. And it's not supposed to taste like this. My noodles were even pale. Good food when the staff isn't being lazy. I'm done with this place. Oh yeah, called to speak to the manager, no one answers.

Just got ripped off at this location. Ordered almost $50 dollars worth of food and they shoved our orders in these tiny containers. We did not get our money's worth of food. We ordered way before closing and they still had people eating in as well as people still ordering food. Will never return to this location.

Sticky floors, lack of smoothie options and dated menu are some of the reasons I won't return. Bobas are a dime a dozen so there's no need to get it from a mediocre chain such as this place. All of the Yelp photos made this place look yummy and I was in the area which is why I went here in the first place. Too bad I have to give such a poor review.

I recently discovered this restaurant... they have one of my favorite meal... Pad Thai vegan.., I really love the texture of the food, quantity and flavor which is important. I recommend you try it!

This place used to be IT. It's been twice that I come and they run out of boba or they aren't making items in the menu because it's too close to closing time.. who does that?! If you don't want to bother to make order orders 30 - an hour before closing time, then close at 7!!! It's so frustrating to make my way here and find out they don't want to serve. Not even 5 mins before closing and the employee already shuts the door and calls it a day.. I'm beyond disappointed and not coming back.
