Good food, cool atmosphere, but the service is always hit or miss. There are times my family and I go and the service is great. Coffee, drinks, attentiveness, is great no matter how busy they are, but other times it just falls flat in service. No matter how busy they are.

Yesterday the service was great but the food wasn't good at all. Maybe because the kitchen was backed up causing the food to lack in quality. The atmosphere was very nice and pleasant; I just wish the food was a lot better.

IHOP called and I answered, hungry hungry hungry this morning. My spouse and I made a visit for a wonderful delicious breakfast. I ordered the famous P.A.N.C.A.K.E.s with a some steak and eggs taste was just as I expected. The atmosphere was nice the service was good. Thanks to Jovanie for making this a pleasant experience.. I love it when our tips are worth it. I also had to signup for the pancoin rewards program. You can never go wrong with a fulfillment of pancakes.

My husband came here with my daughter early on a Sunday morning. The place was clean and the staff was fantastic. They forgot their leftovers and didn't realize it until they got home. My husband spoke with Sergio who helped him out and was kind and friendly.

Chicken sandwich came from doordash delivery burnt, old, and with a sour taste like it was spoiled, got a full refund on doordash and sadly didnt save the photo i used for the refund before i threw that nasty shit away, even the Doordash team was disgusted, thats why i got a full refund, the day of this post whoever worked this night needs to be re trained or fired, this just goes for the nascar burger part of the store the breakfast food i have never tried at this location and may be good 👍
