worst Boba time 1 hour wait and they are super nasty they are preparing all the online orders with toppings and leave the open cups sitting on the counter before they even start on them my cup was sitting on the counter for over 40 minutes

I really enjoyed this place, When I heard an boba shop opened near me I had to come check it out! When we where there we ordered mangonadas and macarons the staff were very nice too. The mangonadas were so deliciously perfect and the macarons were fantastic. 10/10 service would (and will) come back again.

Slowest Boba Time! It’s better to drive to the Downey or Cerritos location.

Bad customer service, that's why this place it's empty

Worst service ever, I place an order at 8:30pm 12/27/25 (9:04pm and havent received my order) No customer service at all, employees make you wait in line (like forever) no one cares if there is a line or people waiting. Never commimg back to this location. 38 min for a drink is insane.

Been here several times (about 4-5ish) since opening. They were very slow when they first opened but they have gotten faster. They have a vast menu so I can understand why it can take a bit of time to make drinks too. It is a bit of a wait, but I probably waited 10 minutes at most because it can be a busy at times. The drinks are good though, boba chewy, and they don't mess up my drinks. Customer service is fine, never had an issue.

Place was packed on Sunday afternoon but my drink order came out fast. Pretty tasty. Definitely coming back to try new flavors.

The truth is the owner needs to work on training his staff. I placed an order at 9:45 and it was supposedly ready at 10:00, but I was missing a drink and instead of taking my order, they told me they had already closed. I told them I was waiting for my order and 15 minutes later they started making my drink. Truly terrible service. Next time, I'd rather drive to another location.

So many options to choose from! Upgrade your boba to popping strawberry or mango. They have a Dubai frappe so delicious at a great price 😋. Pistachio frappe is my fave! Clean environment 👌 they have a seating available.

It’s good but they take for ever!!!!! Like they can only handle a few order at a time. Ordered 6 drinks and we got one drink at a time with the space of like 5 min between each. 😩

My first time visiting and the atmosphere was nice ,clean, and welcoming. Overall, great customer service and the drinks were delicious

Boba time was the last place me and my ex went together (it was his favorite lol). The menu was huge and there were so many options, he’d usually order for me but this time I was on my own. I went around night time and met this really sweet girl! I think her name is Mari? She had blonde hair and a big smile. Served me with so much kindness and patience–she waited until I stopped crying, she didn't judge me or look at me weird. I had a pretty rough night processing my breakup, and when I went in I was so overwhelmed by all the options so l asked her to make me something not too sweet but not too bland. Mari ended up recommending me a taro milk tea with lychee jelly. Ironically, taro happens to be one of my favorite flavors too, it hit me emotionally. I know it may sound ridiculous, but this brought back so much nostalgic, memories, and it gave me a sense of comfort. It may have only been a drink, but the experience of her warming customer service wraps everything together. So I hope she's living her best life getting treated the best. Seriously I haven't seen a worker that cares about their customer like this in a long time. Anyways, I'd recommend checking out this place :)
