I come late nights cause it's 24/7 but how when drive thru is always closing sometimes it's 2:30 sometimes it's 3 or 4 this time it's 2:40am.

Seems like it could be a nice place ..but majority of workers are rude..and food is cold
The short lady is very rude and the the dude with bald head acts like he owns place and turns of wifi and power plugs..never go there

Lady at the drive through told us give her a second ended up being minutes just sitting there with no help and no cars in front of us completely rude all we wanted was some ice coffees

4 star 2025: I came in today around 3 pm and they were full, the drive through was long and inside had a line, the service was great although they only had 2 cooks and 1 person taking drive-through and in store orders. The food was what I ordered, great, and, for the hour, the service was awesome.
1 star 2022: i went in the drive through, and they said there store closed at 6:30pm.
4 star 2020: It can be a hit or miss, luckily it's more hits.

The service is trash. I stop by several times a year and only twice i got someone to service me. Every time, I wait till I realized I'm not going to get service. I shouldn't have to wait ten minutes for a burger. Out of about 30 visits, I was able to order twice. Mid day and night shift (8:00 pm) should find other jobs if they just want to sit around. Just now three people are at the counter just talk and no one asked to take my order. I've finally learned my lesson and will not go back to this location and advice any to find a location that will treat people better.

Power outage in Downey sent me out looking for food at 11pm on Xmas Eve. Thankful this place was opened. I appreciate the crew who was working late. Thank you & Merry Xmas!

It’s was the worse place I ever been,bad food cold and hard the service is awful. Please never go there is dirty.I went there on 12/18/24 now I’m going to the dentist I damaged my teeth because of the French toast .

Food was good but sadly the service was horrible. Wasn’t the first time at this location but decided to go back because I get it I work in customer service it’s not always perfect. This time though it was the last straw. When my husband tried picking up his online order the lady wanted to see proof that he was who he said he was. The app with its new update only showed the food order on receipt not his name and regardless of him showing her his order she waved him off and said Next time he needed to have his name on the receipt order? Which no one has ever asked for that before on the online receipt. Then when we get our salad orders (both ordered grilled chicken salads) and right away I noticed mine had cold chicken. I quickly asked them why that was and they kept assisting I ordered the julen chicken (not sure the name) but I didn’t see it anywhere on the app or receipt saying I did. And I asked them to show me where it said it and instead of the lady helping me she showed me the register saying it was right there (I saw the three options for the chicken) but that didn’t prove anything. She kept assisting it was why I was charged the extra dollar but I had gotten a combo with egg rolls and the charge was for that. In the end I decided not to push it because clearly they cared more about being right instead of helping out the customer. Like I mentioned before I work in customer service and I would’ve preferred someone to MAYBE help me change my order instead of trying to be right and blowing me off.
Especially since the receipt or even the menu online (I checked before asking) never once gave the option for the cold chicken. Maybe I am wrong who knows but the way it was handled was very disappointing. Do better.
