The guy at the drive through hate his job, he had an attitude plus I order two orders of mini churros and he gave me curly fries instead ?. If you don't like your job, you should quit. This is the third time happens to me. This location is bad, the manager is not doing his job on training his employees.

The definition insanity is doing the something over and over and expecting a different result I keep going here and there's always an issue. Don't ask them to not make any special requests they will for sure screw it up. The soda machine in the lobby is broken. There's no Dr. Pepper at all. I was a bit more than irritated. I told him both combos large. So when I corrected it after I saw it was wrong. He said I repeated the order to.I told him you talked to fast. I am a stroke victim and my brain takes a minute to process. Just because a person doesn't look like they have a disability doesn't mean they don't have one. Be respectful and don't talk back to customers. I understand the world isn't always kind. This guy always gives attitude. I think I maybe have learned my lesson.

The worst customer service imaginable. I placed a mobile order and when I got there, the place was closed. I have requested a refund through their heyjack website 9 times, have communicated with a District Manager via email about 15 times, mostly me sending emails with no response. Now being told the only way to have it returned to my card is through the heyjack form. Which I have done 9 times with no resolution. Can I just get my money back?

Extreamly rude and hell customer service, and swindling theif now working at this location I usually eat my tacos with ranch and get a ranch for each 2 set and there's never any issues at every single location I've ever gone to, except for this location. I asked for my usual tacos and at the window I asked for ranch included she gave me one and immediately shut the window I kindly asked her if I may have another one she proceeded to tell me only one is free (this is new) and each packet is 25 cents so I figure okay I'll have two and hand her a dollar, she proceeded to slap the 50 cents with one ranch and slammed the window, I waited for her to open the window again because I wasn't going to leave without getting the ranch I payed for (times are rough and tacos are a treat). She proceeds to argue with me over the fact that she already gave me two, and I come back with you're now charging me for the one that was supposed to be free?Anyway this was such an unnecessary rude experience, needless to say after 12 years of living close to this area and coming to this Jack in the box out of convince I don't trust this location after the cashier trying to swindle me like that and you shouldn't either if you like condiments with your food.
Mary was taking my order drive-thru, she was taking my order but with a really bad attitude, she was in a hurry, I guess kind of giving me pressure, and the way she asked what else?, what else? I don't think so was the right one. Also, my sausage sandwich wasn't even complete it was missing almost half of the bread on top. It was my first time in the jack, and I would never go back!
The new Spicy Chicken tenders are probably the best thing ever! The service was pretty good! I was excited when I got my food it looked delicious!! The vibe was cool I liked it everyone in the Jack and the box was humble!
