Giftmas day alot of food spot were closed. i already was grumpy. I ordered a 22 croissant sandwich combo. Bit into the hash brown and immediately spit it out. I look at how sloppy the sandwich was put together. I just threw away the whole order. Found a donut shop and had fresh Squeezed juices made. I'd rather not get sick attempting to eat left over hash browns there serving I lost my appetite for the sandwich. Thanks jack, for the terrible experience

I know that's a trash food, but doesn't mean you trash my food in the bag, and if you call to complain they hang up on you I'll never eat on jack in the trash in my life, UNACCEPTABLE!!

Really bad line for drive thru took me like 30 min, first tge forget to give my Curly fries, i get home to enjoy my chicken burger combo, i pay $12.00 for tha burger to get it with chicken??? its really a bad joke.

I hope corporate sees this. Y'all need better customer service. I say hi and thank u have a good day. Window closed on me. No hi. No thank u. I tried calling the store about an issue, I had to call 6-8 times, before someone answered and then hung up on me.... I get LA isn't the place to come for the best service and atmosphere... but ur getting paid to work a customer service job. And I make it my goal to be nice and to ACKNOWLEDGE YOU as an employee. U can do the same back for a customer...
Well I thought it was going to be good until I get my simple order of a Jumbo Jack Combo with no cheese no onions no tomato that won't be hard I get to my destination and take a bite and there's cheese in there so basically it was a no-go on the Jumbo Jack how easy is it NOT to put cheese on a burger. HELLLLLA

Since when does jack n the box charge you .25 for sauces?? Stopped by this jack n the box after work around 4-5 pm and ordered 2 tacos and large fries and asked if I can please have 2 sides of ranch, noticed on the screen that I was being charged .50 for sauce so I decided to ask the worker about it and he said "they charge extra for sauces" so my question was, " even if I'm getting just 2?" And his response was " yes extra sauces cost extra." I completely understand " extra sauces cost extra", but I'm already paying $7 for my meal, you're telling you can't include 2 sauce packets with that meal, it's extra? Totally understand if I was asking for 4,6, or 8 but I'm asking for 2. Yes it's only .50 but again, when you already PAYING for a meal, you would expect that a multi million dollar company can afford to throw in atleast 1 sauce packet for free, guess not. Are they charging for ketchup packets next?
