Very unfriendly attitude from the guy who helped me Sunday, Dec 10 @ 12:18 pm. Clarissa had a unwelcoming attitude as well. Not my favorite Jamba Juice.

Stopped by mid afternoon on a Thursday for a quick smoothie. The customer service was great and there as no line. Was able to get In and out in less than 10 mins. Would come back here again if I'm in the area looking for a Jamba fix.

Expensive drinks. $10 for a drink?! Are u kidding me? More Expensive than a gallon of gas?! Are u serious?! That drink better dance and sing for $10. I ask them to split it and they said no. Are u serious? For $10 u better split my drink for my 2 kids. Fine don't split it. So I asked for extra cup. They also said no. Omg. Drinks @ mcdonalds are cheaper and same taste anyways. Never again. I will NEVER buy jamba juice ever again. If i could give 0 stars I would.

I am in love with the White Gummie smoothie. However, the young man (forgot his name) who greeted us with his big beautiful smile suggested the Red Gummie made with Strawberries. It was good, and I might get it again. But that white Gummie is my absolute favorite! Good

Someone must have cast a spell on me and made me invisible because I came to pick up a mobile order and they acted like I wasn't there and they didn't see me ! I had to interrupt what they were "doing" to get my order

I love this location! All the staff is excellent and it’s my favorite part of the workday! I always feel so refreshed and happy. Everyone’s always very very friendly and makes me feel welcome! I’m really really happy my bus layover is next to this location and I always feel so great after having the healthy bowls and smoothies from there! The way I see it coming home it’s great things like this that make life great and bring me happiness ?

Visited the store this past Tuesday after picking up my mother from the hospital around noon. The staff onsite that day were very rude. No one greeted us when we walked in. There were a total of (3) employees onsite, (2) females and (1) male. We waited in the lobby for approximately 10 minutes before we were helped. There was no one else in line, however, one young lady proceeded to warm up (several) waffles slowly 1 by 1, the other young lady was in the back of the store, perhaps on break and appeared at the 10th minute, came to clock in using the register (noticing the line now forming and proceeded to go back to the back of the store,) and the male was distracted and clearly in a bad mood on the side line attempting to make smoothies. The young lady making waffles, then proceeds to the register and asks us if we had been helped. Now, I know that working at Jamba Juice requires little to no technical skill but what about interpersonal skills? The male proceeded to make our drinks, however, the folks that ordered after us received their orders before we did. When I noticed that they had gotten their order, I proceeded to the counter, and also noticed our drinks just sitting there. I legit had to tell the young lady that kept popping up from the back, that those were my drinks, she handed them to me, and said nothing. When it comes down to workplaces in social settings where you are responsible for preparing items that someone is to consume, this type of behavior and customer service is unprofessional, lacks competency, and quite frankly, there was no way that I was drinking that drink. Something in me told me not to trust it. Not of fear that something was done to it, but with the lack of care shown blatantly to customers, how much care do they actually put into the preparation of our food and/or drinks, what about storing the ingredients and upkeeping the part of the shop we don't see? This store has several bad reviews, and as an executive I can attest from experience, they are all valid and true. Be careful!

Tori (manager) was very helpful and more than accommodating for a Jamba Juice field trip. (Yes, look it up.) Jamba Juice staff was so friendly, Tori and her staff assisted kids with making a smoothie. We took a brief behind the scenes tour. Thank you for the amazing service, our kids had a great time!

This location has poor customer service. Employees are not attentive to the customer’s. They don’t welcome you, but act as if it’s a surprise that you walked in. They always seem to have things out of stock like basic utensils. When I order my go to açaí bowls they don’t add the pigment for the color because they don’t have the ingredient which I guess I could care less for since I found out it’s just added for color. I’m never going back to this location if you want a good açaí bowl for cheaper try Ding Tea down woodruff. The bowl is bigger and cheaper!

Friendly service and they were attentive. Had good suggestions. They made the smoothie well. The hanging menu signs need to be at an angle or the lights re directed. It's hard to read as it picks up glare from the lights and reflects it. Plus I have bad vision so it's doubly hard.
