Great costumes service and pricing, the place is livened up by the j pop playing in the background along with h other songs. The customer service was great I was served by Mrs. Maddy and had great service by her ( she deserves a raise probably 10/10 waiter). The chefs greatest us at the entrance.

I recently ate at Japanese castle on 09/03/23. We started with drinks and let’s just say my cup was dirty ! The person I ate with also had a dirty cup. It was really gross as a first impression. We ordered the rock shrimp tempura as the appetizer it was good. Then we ordered the spicy albacore steak also good and the Korean ramen looks like a packaged noodle cook not fresh and for the roll we had the tsunami roll. The food was good but we ate with a little disgust just knowing the dishes aren’t fully clean.

The atmosphere was perfect, the lighting at the table was unique in that the room was dark, but the table was (mostly) well lit. It was a bit dark around the edges of the table, but the light made the food stand well. Next the choices on the menu are so plentiful and I was very supprised at the prices, they were so low! The food arrived at a reasonable time, and the server was great. He was able to answer my questions and reccomend a great dish. I was very happy with the food. The fish quality was spot on and variety of the menu was plentiful. I arrived in motorcycle gear and the checked my helmet and bag! I've never had service this friendly and helpful at a restaurant before! Japanese castle has really raised the bar.

Stay away from this place. The food quality is not up to standard. I don't know how they call this place at Japanese restaurant when they play alternative music all night. You are better off going to yoshinoya fast food. Not one thing Japanese is authentic here.
