I've been sitting in this drive thru for 40 minutes and still there a bunch of cars a head of me and cars behind me. I feel trapped and just want to get out this drive thru. So much of my time is being wasted. I would never come here again feel like I'm being held hostage smh

So I came in today I am not sure if it was because they were low on staff but the black girl in the front today on 4/27 around 2 just seem so upset over it like idk of course I said my please and thank you and I try to understand that fast food isn’t as easy but at the same time she just showed it on her face that made the experience off I found a hair in my box I didn’t even feel comfortable to complain because I just didn’t want to make them feel like I am trying to give them a harder time my mash wasn’t blended I can still see the powder they didn’t even tell me which was spicy or classic and the drink machine was off so when I went to ask for refill like just her face idk but anyway I hope she has a better day I just it wasn’t free either and I didn’t just spend 5 dollars so idk that was my personal experience

I been to this KFC a few times when I'm in the area. Today I stopped by and went through drive thru. It was empty so I drove right up. A young lady took my order. I paid and she told me to go the 2nd window. She hands me my meal in a bag. I drive off and found a place to park so I can eat. I opened the bag and looked for a fork or spoon to eat my mash potatoes. There was no utensils or napkins. I guess they expect people to eat with their fingers. In addition to not giving me utensils or napkins, the chicken was cold. So I decided to call them, a young man answered the phone. He claims to be a manager. I told him my situation, and he said, we aren't required to give you any utensils or napkins. I was like what!?? How are people supposed to eat? He wasn't any help at all. Sad that customer service is slowly dying 😢

Do not go here. My Chicken was not cooked all the way and my son was throwing up. I got off work and brought the food back because the manager said he would refund it and when I got here the manager JOSH threw the food away and would not help me any further. What kind of service is that??????

So it was my first time eating at this kfc and, when I tried ording food I had to wait about 10 minutes just to order. The food was decently good but the service and atmosphere were terrible, I recommend a active cashier cmon kfc I expected way better
Not to be rude but they have the worst customer service. Cashier was so rude, I asked him for the key to the restroom, they never hand me the key or open the restroom. Old people were having trouble ordering from kiosk and cashier told them to wait 10 min because he was busy. They need more employees in order to have less estress and have a better customer service. KFC please hire more employess this is not acceptable.

Had me waiting so long for an order that was placed I arrive and I'm told they'll work on it and like 10 min later I ask if it's ready and they say it hasn't arrived and the manager has to show the cashier where it is and I'm told again that they'll work on it
