I drove through for 2 8 piece chicken only my mistake was not to check the order when I got home and was ready to eat I got 2 2 piece meals I called about error and the wanted me to bring order back but after a long day at work I was I. Pjs and ready for bed I know they are busy but this was really upsetting

This KFC ALWAYS gets the order WRONG! And then hurry’s you along your way.. knowing they got the order wrong. They need to be closed down.

This KFC is the worst location I have gone to. The food is good...the problem is the Customer Service. People could be standing there in front of the workers and they are just busy doing other things no one comes to greet anyone or say I will be with you in a minute. They need a Strong Manager there with excellent customer service.

I ordered a large mashed potatoes with no gravy she repeated it but then I get home it has gravy . Smh I'm.over this location I ordered a meal a few weeks ago no silverware I got it for the road . All the other times it's been some kinda issue this place sucks staff rude and they can't bring you anything correct ..

Live 3 minutes up the street so I go for the convenience. Been here 5 times, terrible service every time. In August, I ordered crispy - was told it'd be another 10 minutes which wasn't much of an issue but was then told my biscuits would also be another 10 minutes? Some white guy took my order but seemed like a kitchen issue. This was the middle of the day and there weren't any other customers. Another time, went to drive thru, no answer for 5 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and they answered right away. Brought up what happened and they proceeded to say I was being difficult and they continued having an attitude. This was an African American lady in June or July. Cold chicken 3 out of the 5 times I've gone. I now drive 12 minutes to the location in Compton even though this location is 3 minutes walking distance.
What is KFC doing about this location? Whatever they've done so far isn't working. Change management. Change the staff. Either that or move out the way so a proper restaurant can feed us
