This place has serious issues with service that is excessively slow in the drive thru, I was the 3rd car from the window and it took 35 minutes to exit. No way to get out of line when cars are behind you. This is the 4th time visiting this location and the results are nearly the same. I am disgusted with this place. No good management oversight to move cars, it's a wonder that this place stays in business and it is a new location. Shame in KFC and its disregard for customer service and manager Oversight.

Ordered 2 famous bowls the bowls literally have 5 pieces of chicken the gravy was watered-down and the drive-thru staff were rude also they never gave me my receipt so I can't even complain to the company with the proper order number.

There were two customers ahead of us. We then ordered after them. Somehow our order came first the fries were overcooked seem like they were fried 3 times and not fresh nor was my 8pc chicken, most of the chicken had a weird pink color. We asked for spicy we got crispy. However they did replace discolored chicken. A lot of fast foods won’t ever be the same after the pandemic.

Simply the experience in terms of sensation and taste was not pleasant, the chicken was very fatty. Without more to say about the content, its presentation and additives, everything is consistent with the price and good service.
