I expected even a service worthy of what I paid and nothing... their discount prices are not available, ask about the daily specials and it is the only food they don't have... ridiculous.I asked the waitress for suggestions and she rudely replied that she didn't know what my tastes were since it seemed like I had only visited the place to eat the cheapest... I wanted to get up from the table and leave but my husband asked to give the food a chance. This time I regretted staying. Their food was horrible. We ordered ceviche, it was old. The shrimp didn't taste like anything. The tomato was without juice. This had been in the refrigerator for a long time. The rice in the dishes was burnt and very dry. One part was cold and the other was hot. And to finish. The grilled fish was just garlic salt, horrible experience, not recommended.I informed the waitress and I showed her the food and she rudely replied that she couldn't do anything, the food was already served and once she leaves it on the table she charges... no matter that my food was complete on the plate...In the end we paid cash because I know that apart from everything they charge extra.I have been a waitress in places like this and in restaurants that are now of better quality and believe me, customer service is not based on the place where you are working, it is the opposite, the place where you work is based on your customer service, I am an excellent person and I understand that We work in need but at least let's show respect to the client. I say this because of the terrible service of the place.I will never return unless I recommend it

I've came here a few times and always recommend it to everybody. This is their new renovated location but I'm glad they kept the happy hours, good drinks, good food, good service, etc etc. They improved the vibe by added plenty of tv's to watch games, have music certain days of the week, and not sure if they had it before but they now have bottomless mimosas ($15). As for the food, I usually order the mango ceviche and it's soooo BOMB. You can order food from DoorDash as well so that's another plus. Highly recommend.

Don’t pay with your debit or credit card. This place charges 8% on top of the bill for using your credit or debit card. That’s outrageous! Meanwhile on the cash register it said 4% and that was the total I was expecting to pay. When I gave the waitress the card she came back and she didn’t explain until I asked why. Do yourself a favor and stop by and ATM, don’t give them more money than you should. I understand that they have processing fees but that’s too much. They really want cash, first of all cash is not safe since it attracts many criminals to steal since they know you have cash in hand.

Customer service was non existent. It was not busy at all and there were only 2 waitresses. Our waitress only ever came to bring our food and drinks and never came back. Didn't even bother to ask how the food was, or if we needed anything else. We had to flag the other waitress down to get our bill. The food was good and that's the only reason I give it two stars. The overall all ambiance was nice but not worth going back.

We stop by for dinner hoping that the food was good. We have been in this location before when it was named different and different kind of food which was not that good. This time was amazing I had the fish tacos, they were in special for only $.99 and they did not disappoint my husband had the Mar y Tierra plate, it was also very delicious the shrimp were grilled with garlic and the meat was so tender... their horchata was delicious too. We really enjoyed our dinner. I'm posting some of their menu so you can an idea of the price.
