La Michoacana Premium

Ordered Snickers. Not sure if my daughter or staff chose a different flavor. I tried to eat it but couldn't. I asked for a replacement. They replaced it with Oreo that I asked for. I just don't think they put the Oreo in. It seemed to have a flavor to it but not sure what flavor it was. $8.49 + tax placed in the trash. Left angry and unsatisfied.

Poor costumer service all of employer were made fun of me just becuse I was asking for change of a 20 dollar bill wanted me to purchase an item to be able to get change of a 20.. poor costumer service with attitude 😢 😕

Everything here is OVERPRICEDDDD. $18 for 2 paletas in this enonomy?!

Karla was absolutely courteous and kind with lots of patience but we were definitely LUCKY not having anyone there after us 🤗💯 it was my friends first time trying them out here in Paramount…as I said not all the Michoacanas locations are the same! You know and you share that with your friends…but the look on their faces when you first walk into this location is totally worth every dollar you pay here…My favorite water their walnut “De Nuez” yes and yes please!! Take your time to come in here if they have a line it’s worth waiting for it believe me when I say they have one of the largest selections of ice cream bars and ice cream choices available some are water based for those Lactose intolerant and of course vegan too there’s Avocado flavored and much more Dragon fruit, Passion Fruit, Pine Nut flavored Ice cream that’s super flavorful and amazing what about Chongos Zamoranos “Mexican Curdled Milk made with Milk Sugar and lots of Cinnamon😋or you want a refreshing Ice Cream Bar what about Watermelon Flavor or Cucumber and tajin chilli with chammoy 😋you’re not charged if you ask for your favorite flavors and sample it to see if that’s what you may want you’ll be surprised and might walk out knowing you have a New Esquisite taste to something you would of never guessed or paired with your favorite plain Vanilla….what about Tequila Flavored Vanilla or Mamey flavored with Ferrero Chocolate flavored ice cream to each their own but this lady here loves trying out different flavors of ice cream 🍨 and realizing by far that the same flavor at times is good yummy but boring 😑 now if you don’t want ice cream and you prefer a cold fruit juice made right then and there …Carrots, Beets, lemon ginger or Green Juice there’s that option or a snack for you while watching your favorite game…they have it too so come out and visit Paramount Michoacána Premium location hopefully Karla will be there to assist you at your visit or any of the other workers who always greet you with a welcoming smile too🙂🌻Enjoy🌻

Friendly staff. Great looking displays of ice cream and lots of flavors. Tastes more like a sorbet and just as delicious 😋
Very clean place. Lots of parking. A little pricier than I thought, but competitive with the Baskins, Coldstone etc

It's a great place if you have 30 minutes for waiting in line to be served. They should have more attendants specially on the weekends and in the summer ☀️

This place has tv screens all over the place but can’t have a priced menu ! Small biónico $14 and the cream they used is super watery not good.

The 4 stars is really for the food but I was tempted to give 3 based on the lack of menu and lukewarm staff.

The ice cream here is very good and the inside is very clean and nice.

One complaint is that there is no menu displayed anywhere so you have no idea what they offer and when we asked for a menu we were told to look on their Google profile which didn't have anything either.

It's a shame because it looks like they would offer all kinds of stuff based on what they have but you wouldn't know what it is cause there's nothing that says it. You pretty much have to guess what you want and hope it hits.

It looks good, but I wouldn’t know. They start cleaning and stop serving around 9:30pm. it says at 10pm but I arrived at 9:45pm and they were closed already

Of all the Michoacana's that have been. Which are several. This is the best. The service is spectacular. The place is big and very clean. Large selection of fruits and many other things. And the bathrooms are always clean. Very good place.

Order a crepe and it was in under cooked and I asked for Nutella and got chocolate instead tried to explain that and they didn't explain it very well

A little expensive for only ice creams and drinks and some snacks, I have never seen it with many people. It could be better if it improves its atmosphere and its variety of products.
