I don't know who the manager is who doesn't pay attention. They have terrible service, I called the store several times but when they picked up the phone they hung up. It's a terrible service. The truth is if you can avoid this store it is better and go to another one, one only gets angry.

It was packed, lacked organization and it was just chaotic. I waited almost 2 hours from the time that stated it was ready for pick up. Lobby area was full of customers waiting for their online orders that were mixed up. By the time I got my pizza it was cold. Overall, bad experience.

Have never been to the Paramount local, Nice n clean. My husband really enjoyed his Hawaiian-jalapeno pizza and we all enjoyed the deep dish supreme! I bought the muffin pizza bites, meh, they could use some more flavor inside. Maybe put some of that garlic spread on the inside before assembling.

Got a classic and lunch combo classic was ok too much sauce and the lunch COMBO TASTED LIKE SOAP I AM NOT EXAGGERATING I WISH I WAS . Never coming here again. And there was a bum laying down begging in front of the store that’s the energy your employees attract.
5 days ago I ordered pizzas from this place, they give me an wrong 1pizza that is not mine I come looking for anwser or my money back or my pizzas they tell me that it's not their fault and that they can't do anything, even the manager never came out to talk to me In my opinion, he has a long way to go to be a Good Manager. and not send the employees do his job.I hope the owner answer to this comment
