Food is good, fountain drink machine could use some tweaking (some carbonated drinks are flat or have weird taste) but the main reason I'm writing this is because I was missing a drink I was really craving. My mocha frappe was missing on my delivery, it might not seem like a huge deal but if I'm paying for doordash and these damn fees I expect everything to be there! Working at McDonald's is not difficult! My God I can't stand incompetence!

Was at this location between 6 to 630, ordered a Bigmac meal with an extra order of fries, first it took forever to get my food, and when I got home it turned out my Bigmac was missing a patty and was missing the extra fries, when I called the store to tell them what had happened the person in charge greeted me with an attitude and was told that she had to review the cameras to see if in fact my fries were missing!!! (Are you serious?)... Was told I would get a call back to let me know whatever they saw in their cameras, but was never given a call back!! Surprise they would rather save a large fries then a customer!! Really bad service!!!

this place serves stale fries often . its disappointing to wait in line and then when you pay for your food they serve you almost cold soggy and left out fries. and once you're home you dont want to drive back all because an employee didnt do their job correctly. nor should you have to. we pay for our food and should get fresh food. no matter the item. this isn't the first that this has happened here and its really upsetting spending money on this place not knowing whether the food is going to be fresh or not. Really disappointing.

17 dollars for Ms donaldland shake meal is crazy also the shake is completely fake no icream at all bad after taste 100% do not try u will get green diarrhea made my stomach hurt n cramp it's so fake and super artifial tasting wasn't even cold like ice cream shake just some yogurt textured slimy drink like a weird experiment plus my toy for the meal was unsealed and tampered with for sure like they unsealing the toy and looking for certain good ones to keep n mine had missing cards from it I letanager know but they said how does he know it was open when I got it like I should of pre recorded me opening it like a content creator 😭

I used the self serve kiosk thinking it would be faster. No one was in line and No one was working the register. Kiosk did not give me a receipt. 8 people ordered with the cashier after 1 finally showed up, and all got their food before me. My order was not complicated. To top it off, somehow my order was still incorrect. Terrible McDonald's. If you have have a chance to go abit further, I recommend you do. McDonald's all over have a bad service but, this one is very poor. Service, to the new remodel that is stupid btw.

A young skinny Hispanic girl with glasses didn’t get my order right, she said they didn’t have hot drinks at the moment, she offered me a frappe and I said ok but she changed her mind and suggested me to het a regular hot coffee and she could add mocha, but just made me pull over a d made wait long m. I didn’t bother myself to go claim for my drink because she seems like she could do something on my drink in revenge
