Today I ordered a chicken katsu reg plate and 2 orders of spam musubi. I asked for spam musubi NOT teri beef musubi's gross.... Also why did I have to wait after 5 customers that came in after me and ordered and got their order before my order ???!!! This is ridiculous...Get it together...

Normally great food/service. Not today. I specifically asked for the sweet/sour sauce for my 6 piece order of Rangoons. What I got 6 packets of hot sauce. While Normally very clean, I watched as one employee stood on a chair to clean the top of the canned beverage cooler and then stood on a seating bench to clean. She did NOT wipe off the seats she was standing on.

I went in Friday my very first time here my food came fast and hot, the cashier vinnesa served me with a smile she is the sweetest thank you for a wonderful experience I will be definitely returning soon

One star should be 0. I ordered 1 plate of teriyaki chicken breast and 2 kids meals with teriyaki chicken breast to go. spent 35 dollars. Got home and was super disappointed . The chicken was either raw or just not good and didn’t even have Teryaki sauce on it. Me and my family did not eat our meals . I even put the chicken on the pan at home to cook more and the chicken was still a rubbery weird texture . I should have known the food would be trash when it was ready too fast. The chef definitely rushed the chicken. We will not be returning unfortunately. Also, I didn’t notice until after I ordered that we ordered close to closing time, i honestly wish they would have said they are no longer taking orders instead of rushing my order, under cooking my chicken, and having me waste 35 dollars. - very very disappointed.

Long over due review. Vinnesa is such a sweetheart! She was incredibly helpful when taking my phone order and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Thanks to her customer service I will continue to come to this location even though I have one closer to my house! Give my girl a raise or a promotion or something! She definitely deserves it 👏🏽 💓
