The new manager horrible service bought a pizza and ask if she could exchange the garlic salt for buffalo she said no due to inventory she can't change it.. she said if she gave me one when they did inventory there is going to be a buffalo missing wow .... horrible

It’s 12:30 am, and there’s a crowd of ten people outside waiting for their food. Some have been here for over 30 minutes. There are stacks of ready orders getting cold on the rack, and the members of the crowd are taking turns banging on the locked door— trying to get their food from the single employee working at this Papa John’s. Alas, the knocking is mostly done in vain as the employee is ignoring all the customers and solely focused on putting food in the oven. I have now watched several frustrated customers cancel their order and leave in the past 45 minutes I’ve been waiting here outside with little acknowledgement. This Papa John’s is a complete disgrace to the franchise. I don’t even blame the clearly overwhelmed worker, despite her being vilified by everyone waiting around outside. This is gross mismanagement to have only one (probably underpaid) employee working on one of the busiest nights of the year.

My pizza was wrong i asked nicely to talk to somone in charge a man with a rude attitude said well im the only one here so im the person . I told him my pizza was wrong it was suppose to be sadage not peporoni And his answer was well that's what I have down here and he was very rude when he was talking I was very calm and respectful but after the way he talked to me I just lost it and told him you know I just forget it I'm never going to come here again. Honestly I am not a pizza person and I really just wanted to have some so I got all the toppings that I like personally but then I opened the pizza at home and it wasn't what I was anticipating so it's just a disappointment for me because I don't like pizza to begin with and I don't want to come back to this place for an attitude from somebody or a pizza that's not made right or at least corrected kindly forget it they've lost me as a customer who knows probably the others that live in my house.

I order 2 large pizzas one supreme and the other pepperoni. The pizza was cooked at high heat that the pizzas looked burned, was chewy kinda raw inside and hard bite

I’m so incredibly enraged by the service at this place! Placed on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to the manager. They failed to deliver my complete order and they wont answer my call. Hung up twice and i cant get ahold of anyone. Terrible service and disappointed in their inability to complete an order.
Update: they answered but said I didn’t call soon enough to make sure my order was complete.
Update: they delivered someone else’s food.
Update: the manager is now supposed to call me.
Final update: I delivered the wrong order back to the restaurant and got my money back.

The phone ordering system is the worst, they use a third party and this store doesn’t even answer when you press the “talk to manager” option. It reminded me why I just go to little Caesar’s.
Terrible customer service, any complaint you make is not taken into account, the cooks do not make the food well, they do not pay attention to their work staff and a bad taste in the mouth

The restaurant is always clean, the staff was and is courteous and helpful. I ordered a pizza and was told it would take 15 minutes but in actuality it took just under 10 minutes! Much faster!

It's like an upscale pizza from compared to Little Caesars in all the other places. $25, but don't have pizza and we get pizza from thisplays we get the ultimate or the work's pizza, the worst pizza, it is the bomb my kids love. We have pizza Fridays every week.We are definitely coming back
