THEY ONLY LOOK OUT FOR THEIR OWN. I SAY IN THE PARKING LOT AND ORDERED CAMERA INSIDE TOLD ME JUST ONE MINUTE IT'S TURNING INTO MORE THAN A MINUTES. TALKING TO OTHER EMPLOYEES STILL NO CAN I HELP YOU. HORRIBLE I JUST DID A SURVEY FROM AN EMAIL THEY SENT ME. JACKED UP AGAIN WITH THE SERVICE.

Good food as always. Never disappointed. I actually made a delivery order on the app, but it glitched and turned it into a carryout... I called and they were able to fix it easily. They were very helpful as always. My kids love their pizza so I always order it from here. My wife enjoys their pasta and I grub on the hot wings...bomb...

I ordered hand tossed crust and received extremely thin crust. The cheese and jalapeño slices were thicker than the crust. I called and told the mgr I received a thin crust pizza. She stated that she remembered making it and it was hand tossed. She said thin crust would have been crunchy and it was thin because it was stretched out. As if that makes sense and I have never had pizza before. I guess the thin crust would have been see thru. Mistakes happen , but instead of owning it, she tried insulting my intelligence. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My experience with Pizza Hut at the Alondra location was horrible. I placed my order well in advance via the website. Site stated I would get my delivery at 12:05pm, via Door Dash. At 12:10pm I had not received my order I called the number that was sent to me for my doordash driver he picked up the phone and I could hear him arguing with someone else about delivering my pizza I tried to get information about my delivery but he was in a heated argument and did not respond to me. I kept receiving messages that my pizza had arrived but no pizza in hand. I called Pizza Hut 3 times but someone kept hanging up the phone. Pizza delivered at 12:35 pm cold. I called Pizza Hut again someone picked up stating she was the manager explained my concern and frustration and her response to me was I need to call Door Dash because they don't do refunds on third party deliveries ( I did not request Door Dash). I asked her for the corporate number to file a complaint she said she didn't know or have it!! ( But she's the manager ). I received poor customer service at this Pizza Hut in Paramount, Ca. I will not order from here again. I had a meeting that's why I ordered pizza, I had to ask them to purchase their own lunch because of this situation. Never again

Never coming back to this place again. I asked if I could eat my pizza in the dining room and the cashier said no because they were getting ready to close, it was 8:00 pm and they closed at midnight as stated on the door, while I was waiting for my pizza a couple came in and ordered a pizza they were allowed to seat and eat in the dining room. It was a very horrible experience, and made us feel offended.

The 4 stars are for the workers, but if I were to rate the food, it would go down to 3 stars. I don't eat Pizza Hut as much. It always seems you have to pay for so much. They don't put enough cheese, if you want more you have to pay more. I am buying a pizza, the pizza should have enough cheese, and I shouldn't need to ask for extra cheese just so my pizza can taste like pizza and not just bread with sauce. The other thing is the price is expensive. The workers were great. Especially the person who took my order. Usually I encounter workers who are rude but this one has very nice and friendly workers.
