Pizza that I ordered came out looking like it sat for days the cheese was dry it was disgusting I don't appreciate display about it. That was messed up the delivery driver seem like she knew my order was a mess and still delivered. The box didn't even have a reciept and my mother was upset about the pizza it looked nothing like the pictures you show. Something needs to be done this wrong.

Been a while since we ate at PH. But i wanted to try the new melts. It looked small in the pictures but its actually decent size. I think about 3 slices equivalent. I really liked it. The outside is crispy and just right. I would suggest an extra marinara cup because that is also so fresh tasting and delicious. But you dont even need it. Also tried a Supreme pizza and it was also very good with with super fresh and thick pieces of veggies.

So much for craving pizza hut on a Friday the 13th just to be beyond disappointed and discouraged to ever order online from this place. My husband placed an online order 2 hours prior (same as one of the reviews below) and even arrived much later than the notification of it being ready for pick up just to show up for them to be confused and saying they didn't receive it on the system. Thankfully we got proof of the order time and confirmation. To top it off, it's just one pizza! And they told him it would take about and hour or so. Over hearing another customer having same issues as well, others requesting refund...they need to check their system and reboot it. Call I.T or someone ASAP.The communication is lost there. They need better management as far as customer service. Why keep accepting orders if they are not going to be ready at the time expected to be ready with plenty of time from ordering to pick up.

The pizza is alway great! We use the curbside pickup. It's the best tugging when you have little kids with you!

I am giving 3 stars because usually we have great experiences with this Pizza Hut, however this time the dough was very undercooked which made the pizza inedible. $30 and we couldn't even eat the food. Not only was the undercooked dough gross but this sort of thing can cause food poisoning or worse bacterial issues. I am not sure how you send out an undercooked pizza or why it wasn't checked. It is also annoying that the pizza is never fully cut and we end up having to burn our hands to try and cut it in order to get a slice from the box (this is a consistent problem).

Ordered online for delivery at around midnight. Mind you, their hours say they close at 1 a.m. My food never arrived... then when I tried calling them around 12:30 a.m., I got the phone message that they were already closed. Bunch of lazy workers who probably closed early and left. To top things off, I paid online. So I was left without food and got robbed 30 bucks.
Placed my order online during the lunchtime rush. I live above a business and our main entry is always locked I specified to call upon arrival. To my surprise I was called (usually no delivery person ever reads the notes) and the pizza was hot, crispy and on time. I was very satisfied with my order. Thanks Pizza Hut!

I'm sorry this but particular location generally take forever to deliver every time and I live down the street. Tried their newest pizza Melts and while it sounded and looked like a great idea, I would not recommend it (at least not from this location) it was dry & burnt to a crisp. Not even the sauces they included could save it. The flavors are good and like I said it's a great idea and concept but perhaps if they were just a tad less burnt. Like a light flaky outer crust would be great. Nonetheless staff is kind and amiable.

I would normally never do this. But they literally got our whole pizza wrong and did nothing to make up for the fact they gave us the wrong order. AND we still had to drive back WITH the incorrect pizza. The most we got was free cheese, pepper and a have a great night..

Carlos The manager doesn’t care about giving out expired products as long as the health department doesn’t show up so eat at your own risk because food will make you sick ?
