El Sinaloense is such a great spot for authentic Mexican food! I tried the huevos rancheros, a machaca burrito, and a combination plate — everything was fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. The portions were generous and the quality was excellent. Customer service was also great, friendly, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Paramount!

Menu has no prices. Food was ok. Waitress acted as if she didn't want to be there. Price was too high and they still charge you extra for paying with a credit card. Price was so high that I decided nit to tip.

I used to come here every other Sunday, don’t get me wrong the food is good, one day a waiter messed up on our order twice, I didn’t tip that day and I guess she took it personally…we showed up 2 Sunday’s after that happened, we were seated by the side where the bar is…we waited 15-20 mins for a waiter to take the order, the same lady that messed up our order was on duty and one of the workers asked her “Are you taking that table?” She then replied “That isn’t my table take care of it”….so we waited and eventually the new girl did a great job and I was very generous with her, the lady I dealt with previously has a cheap tattoo on her forearm and is around 50 years old…I am sure we are not the only ones who have dealt with her..we are not obligated to tip after bad service. I went 2 times after that and for some reason they got sloppy.

They gave me a big amount of food. The portion size was very generous. It filled the plate and some food was over other food. Carne Asada is very good, especially with the fries. The Carne Asada was charred, giving a nice smoky taste.
It is not what we expected, we ordered sarandeado fish and it is very different from other places as they serve it

This food tastes just like home! Such comfort food full of flavor. No other restaurant makes many of these dishes.
The cebada (barley) drink is also hard to find unless you're in Sinaloa. Perfectly made, a personal favorite. Must try!
I come here for the Asado Sinaloense and the Sopes (gorditas). Make sure you add plenty of lime and chile to taste to the consomé (broth). Then bathe the sopes and Asado with some consomé. It's supposed to soak and marry all flavors. Ofc, add more as needed or compliment your bites of food with sipping consomé.
The beans that come in the Asado Sinaloense taste just like my grandma's, such nice childhood nostalgia.
I'm eyeing other items I have to try, but it's really hard to stay away from the above 2 dishes. Loaded portions, one plate is enough for me. Happy belly!

Fui al restaurante en la ciudad de Paramount. Malísima comida, mi hija y yo nos enfermamos (intoxicación alimentaria) y compramos tamales de elote … pésimos… los tuvimos q tirar. Los tamales de elote están mejor en la northgate. Los del sinaloense hechos con elote de bote, manteca (un olor horrible) y azúcar 🙄🙄 No lo recomiendo
I was there on Saturday and my waitress was more worried about counting money in front of me touching my chips and tostada's wt out washing her hands,she never came in to check on me and never got back again.. I'm sure the health department should b happy to fix this problem ..?
