40 yrs living in Paramount, this is the most pathetic place you can eat just go down the street on Paramount Blvd to the other location. The owner clearly has this place running at bare minimum level, everytime I've come there's dirty dishes EVERYWHERE. If you go for the buffet at $20 a plate just spend the extra $15 and get a 1 pizza combo, the gravy looks like yellow water, they don't even like putting out pizza they make you wait and when they put it out so many people have been waiting its gone within 3 or 4 people. You ask them to put out pepperoni and they put out pineapple and pizza with vegetables, its pathetic. Everytime I come there's ALAWAY other people complaining. If it wasn't for the logo on the door and the unique flavor this place would have gone under years ago. Avoid this location at all cost

Destiny does such a great job in customer service. When I tell you I been coming here for years because this Shakey’s has great deals but customer service was not always at it’s best but Destiny is there now. I had to go back and get her name after quite a few great encounters with her. This was the only thing missing at this Shakey’s because the food is great, place is clean and now great customer service.

Customer Service was the Worst I've ever experienced at a pizza spot. Even little Caesars has better service than this Shakey's. I went with my kids pizza certificate and Anna asked to see my kids which was ridiculous. I asked her to show me that on my kids certificate and she said it doesnt say that but u. Would of stole the certificates she told me. Anna from Shakey's in paramount. No good. Bad service
