We waited for about 40min after eating for dirty dishes and plates to be picked up, so can have space to open cake...never happened, for like 10 minutes I picked it all up myself and put on one of the many empty tables
This is the worst Shakeys ever!!! The games are always broken and the older gentlemen that works on Saturdays is useless! I’ve had several occasions where I’ve asked for something and it gets ignored, one time he even left his shift without saying anything or telling another employee what I was requesting (usually always something about the games eating tokens or not giving tickets). This is the last time I will come here. I really hope management sees this and makes some huge changes!!

Was greeted upon arrival by Destiny who provided us with outstanding customer service,let us know where utensils,condiments etc were located, food was very well prepared, hot and chicken was delicious.Atmosphere was relaxing.Staff is on top of keeping tables clean in a timely manner.Definately returning.

I come here so often but every single damn time this man is here i have the worst experience possible, he's dirty (have you seen the car he drives) constantly NOT working on the phone ALL THE TIME, eating whenever wherever... like whatttttt, besides that the food was all over cooked or old the pizza they finally brought out that was fresh was uncooked and still raw(I had 2 bites I hope I don't get sick) no drinks all of the ones I wanted were out, no ketchup bottles out he tried to give me packets for what reason I don't know, he truly needs to be fired...I won't be back any time he's working, I see the bad reviews on Google too you guys should really care and do something about it.

It's always a treat coming here. The pizza, the mojos, the chicken. They never disappoint. Add some parm and ketchup to your plate, and you've got yourself a 10/10.
The workers here are friendly and will change the channels on their tvs upon request.
Came here with a crowd of 20 people for a celebratory occasion and left zero crumbs on the table. We all left satisfied and happy to have chosen this place.
P.s. their pan and thin crust pizza are both amazing.
