This was me and my boyfriends first time here, we went around 3-4 pm and don’t get me wrong the food was delicious but we waited for a while which is fine we weren’t in a rush but when we got our food it was cold and I thought since we waited awhile that our food would be hot and fresh :( i got the brisket fries and my bf got the smash burger fries

Place was practically empty, but to be fair I came in about 3pm. I asked about the smoked brisket meal, but they would not substitute a different side as I don’t like coleslaw. I ended up getting the brisket grilled cheese. The bread was not sturdy enough to hold up to the sandwich. It needed Texas toast. Service was rote and lackluster like they didn’t care. They wanted to charge me for a side of BBQ sauce?! The sandwich was ok but for me,not worth the price. I wanted salt and all they had was in a packet of to go utensils. This place is not close to me, but even if it was I probably wouldn’t go back.

Not smoked at all. Way over priced. Go to temecula and get real smoked food. Dino rib was not beef not sure what it was. Looked and tasted rancid and was cold. The meat was like roast laying over two bones like they reuse bones. They need out of business

Rene's Food Review (RFR) - I wasn't sure what to get. The menu items looked good. I decided on the Brisket Tacos and I wanted these Hand Rolls/egg rolls, but they only had buffalo chicken and I wanted it with the Brisket, so I got the Sweet Thai Chili Wings. The tacos were hugh. I ate 1 1/2 tacos, 1 chicken wing, and a few fries. The fries were Waffle Wedges and really good. The Wing was crispy even with the sauce. Slightly spicy and sweet. This was my second trip to this place and I really enjoyed it. We also had great service. It felt extra special. Nelli made the experience a great one. My only complaint was the wooden tables seemed like they needed a good cleaning. 1 out of 10 rating...9

Wow this place is going downhill. I was a regular but this last visit may be my last, ordered the brisket grilled cheese which use to be a work of art with all the brisket but now it has barely any meat and the taste is not there no more. Also ordered the brisket quesadilla same issue looked like a taco bell quesadilla with less meat , the spicy chicken sandwich was dry as jerky and I had ordered it mild and it was so hot it burned my son's lips . Sad it use to be kicking. Ever since the previous manager left it has gone down hill. There is no love in the cooking now. beware. After 60 dollars left hungry and disappointed 😞

Don't recommend, food is not even smoked. No taste of smoke or sign of smoke ring on brisket or ribs and no flavor. I was able to notice that the meats are first boiled then placed in oven. You can't even smell any wood smoke inside. Over rated!!!

I came here for an early lunch and was seated pretty quickly. The food come in large portions and Judith was very kind and had really good service. The food is pretty decent for the price. Fresh and clean atmosphere.

What an awesome establishment. If you want to be blown away by some of the most awesome food on this planet, Smoke and Fire is your place. I would challenge ANY BBQ restaurant to even come close to the flavor of tge food here. What an awesome place for a beer and some of the best BBQ you've ever had, hands down!!!
