I placed a Traveler coffee order 20 minutes in advance through the app, expecting it to be ready at pickup time. When I arrived, they had barely started making it, which caused an unnecessary delay.
When I asked about the order, the barista Javier was rude and told me that drive-thru orders are given priority over mobile app orders. If that’s the case, Starbucks should be more transparent about it, because placing an order ahead should mean it’s prepared on time.
This experience was disappointing, especially for a large order that requires planning. Better communication and customer service are definitely needed at this location.

This place usually is pretty good about getting drinks out quickly and also make pretty good drinks. Only downside of this location is the parking situation, you might need to park on the street and high is fine. Just don’t get stuck parking where the drive through line is going to block you in.

I came here looking for Starbucks because the listing said it was open but it's not even here. It's getting replaced by It's Boba Time. The company needs to update this listing because Google isn't accepting my submissions to revise its location status. I don't even know why people keep rating this location as if it were still here because it's not.
