I really wish the baristas would really take time in making sure the drinks people order are made properly. I do pay all the extra $$$ . I was a barista myself for 4 yrs !!! I know working at Starbucks can be stressful. I would really like for better quality service in making drinks .

This store is by far one of the best Starbucks I have been to in town. The baristas are always very welcoming and go out of their way to make a connection with me. Each time I go, my order is made in a timely fashion and is made to a top tier standard. Thank you, Starbucks off Alondra and Paramount, for the incredible service.

Drive thru coffee has become so common and the taste really hits the spot when the workers are happy, friendly and just wired with caffeine. I experienced more than awesome customer service and. Drank some delicious coffee ☕

Let me start off by saying the window in my vehicle doesn't work so I'm already embarrassed as it is opening the door to grab my drink, To begin with there was a nice young man named andrew that did help me out outside taking orders. I have no problem with him, it was the person at the window that was judging me so hard to the point where it made me feel uncomfortable and when i told her i was going to pay with apple pay she gave me this weird look and said "WHAT!" Super loud, j have no idea what was wrong with her but anything i did she clearly had a problem with, will never be returning here ever again, the food was cold and my drink was not made how i asked it to be made, will never ever come back. I would give a zero if i could

Drive-Thru: Wowsers! The line was all the way out to the street? I am the idiot for staying in it ( lol). All I know is that my coffee better taste amazing! Is this the only one in the city of Paramount? If you have nothing but time, this is the coffee shop for you. All I know is that the baristas need to drink a couple of shots of espresso so that they can keep this line moving 'cause from the look of it - they lack speed.
