They suck honestly trying to push a customers trying to push away people from coming here to meet other people they stay by coffee aswell So you prefer a completely stranger meeting another stranger in a random area not out of Starbucks it’s weird you guys should support this. What actually bring me more customer but yall don’t want that It is wrong for you guys to be pushing away? And people in general way do you guys allow people to hang out in your lobby for hours even homeless to take out showers in the bathroom you guys don’t tell them that is crazy you guys discriminate people, but it’s OK that doesn’t my number and I hope your guises location does better!!!!! No one should be pushed away from a public area

There’s a woman named LEX and she is a horrible person, she’s very rude, and overall does not know how to mind her business especially when people are having a conversation, she will rudely interupt you!!! Thats exactly what happened! Its 2025 its unbelievable that there are people that work in the food industry and act like this to their customers!!! She needs to be fired!!!! Have some respect and wait for me to finish talking!!!

Brittany customer service is horrible she also gives attitude when answering questions. I was there for the red cup can’t even get a red cup because I am diabetic and can’t drink any of the filled sugar holiday drinks. That is not being equality

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MY GRANDDAUGHTER WENT TO THIS LOCATION WITH A FRIEND AND THEIR DRIVER. MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND THE FRIEND OUR SPECIAL NEEDS . SO THEY HAVE A DRIVER WHO TAKES THEM TO DIFFERENT PLACES MON THRU FRIDAY. TUESDAY AUGUST 19TH . THE FRIEND ORDER A GRANDE AND WAS GIVEN A VENTI. SHE TOLD THE GIRL SERVING THAT SHE DIDNT ORDER VANTI. THE GIRL SAID SHE'D MAKE ANOTHER BUT THE FRIEND SAID NO THATS OK. THE SERVER THEN WENT AND TOLD THE DRIVER THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS LOCATION ANY LONG. BEING A CONCERNED GRANDMOTHER. AND IF THEY PAID THEN WHY WAS THE DRIVER TOLD NOT TO BRING THE GIRLS BACK AT THIS LOCATION. THAT THEY WERE NO LONGER WELCOMED?
