Recently I had gone to Starbucks and I was a regular going in and out of Starbucks because I would come to do homework and study regularly. The manager who works here was very nice at first to me because often I would be here at Starbucks ordering. All of a sudden she does a complete 180 and says I couldn’t get a refill on of the coffees that I always order. It was always weird because every time I would ask for a refill I get it because that’s the new policy that’s implemented. Since this happened recently she told me I was an idiot and that I couldn’t retain information because I kept asking if I could get a refill. I understand you’re hurt and want things to be quick but the manager here is a very impatient and rude person. If you are ever a regular here I would be careful becoming close with the baristas because they are just here for the money and would care less if the customer got good service

Good customer service. Grace.. if I remember correctly.. she was top notch .. kudos to her!! Every time I ask for an extra , extra ice and a little bit of water no one ever gets it right, even the other cashier was trying to give me a whole lot of water and very little ice cup..😮... But NOT Grace! Grace did it right!!! She went over and beyond what I expected.. she really made my day.. and for that Grace... I, thank you!!! I know to some that sound weird.. but it's the little things that make a BIG difference!!!

This is my go to Starbucks. I come here usually between Saturday and Tuesday. The best barista here is easily Jordan! He is always friendly and welcoming while making the best drinks. To be honest, he is the only reason I go to Starbucks as much as I do. There is one other barista that is nice as well but I can never catch his name. The only thing keeping this from a five star review is the wait times and other baristas. Most of them are nowhere near as friendly and the line tends to move very slow (though I can imagine it has to do with staffing). The ones that are very friendly, I hope they are recognized because they deserve it. There’s a reason this Starbucks is so busy! Overall, though, I’d say I have mostly positive experiences here. I am a starbucks addict, three starbucks a day and I have NEVER EVER seen some thing this dumb. I paid for 2 VENTI strawberry açaí, light water, light ice. The lady said there would be a gap because of the light water which I completely understand and have been told that before. It has always been a GAP, never HALF WAY. To top it off it wasn’t light ice at all which means i’d only get five sips out of it. They gave me what they would give in a grande yet I paid for a venti. Worker said “all starbucks do this, I can assure you they don’t and this location just needs retraining.
