My drinks were not made as requested. I called to let them know and requested a new drink as a courtesy Naomi refused and said No because she made it correctly. I don't see any whipped cream I don't see any caramel brulee topping and I don't see any trace of cinnamon sprinkles (photo attached) Sad. She could have just said yes to make another drink and I would have drove out there again in this rainy weather. Disappointed.

Whoever is making the pumpkin spice cold foam is making it weak can’t even taste the pumpkin spice just plain foam. Be cautious right after school parents are using the parking lot as a drive through to pick up there kids making it a hazard!

AMAZING! I usually complain about my drink tasting more like milk than anything. First time coming to this location 9/26 3:30pm and not only does my drink taste delicious (best I've had recently) but the person at the drive thru window had great customer service. Thank you!

I’m am definitely a Starbucks addict, I’m at Starbucks everyday but yesterday I went to this store and not my regular one, the drink was perfectly fine and the messages I always get on my cups everywhere I go are always cute but I’m not sure if I should be offended or what it meant when they wrote this on my cup yesterday “SKINNY?” With a question mark. can anyone tell me if it means something and I am just not understanding or should I be offended. Recently I had gone to Starbucks and I was a regular going in and out of Starbucks because I would come to do homework and study regularly. The manager who works here was very nice at first to me because often I would be here at Starbucks ordering. All of a sudden she does a complete 180 and says I couldn’t get a refill on of the coffees that I always order. It was always weird because every time I would ask for a refill I get it because that’s the new policy that’s implemented. Since this happened recently she told me I was an idiot and that I couldn’t retain information because I kept asking if I could get a refill. I understand you’re hurt and want things to be quick but the manager here is a very impatient and rude person. If you are ever a regular here I would be careful becoming close with the baristas because they are just here for the money and would care less if the customer got good service

Good customer service. Grace.. if I remember correctly.. she was top notch .. kudos to her!! Every time I ask for an extra , extra ice and a little bit of water no one ever gets it right, even the other cashier was trying to give me a whole lot of water and very little ice cup..😮... But NOT Grace! Grace did it right!!! She went over and beyond what I expected.. she really made my day.. and for that Grace... I, thank you!!! I know to some that sound weird.. but it's the little things that make a BIG difference!!!
