The waitress didn’t give us the plastic bib, no disposable plates and forks - you need to ask for those! Unlike in otter Cajun places they automatically give you what you need including plastic gloves! I’m not coming back there , there’s many more Cajun to choose from

Food is always delicious BUT omg the service was terrible. My server (she/he/they? Not sure of their pronouns but let's just say she. She has a very short haircut and masculine style). My server was so mean lol I ordered a "make it awesome" and my bag missing it so she said if she could take my bag to check (at this point I should've said no but I didn't care cuz I didn't want to overreact). She literally took my bag and ran her fingers through the outside of the bag and said "they're usually very small, oh yeah? You don't have anything". Then I also said our mozzarella sticks were never brought to me and she looked around the table like I was lying lol again, I didn't want anything to ruin my meal so I just continued to eat. THEN I paid with another employee that came to my table and took my card and bill. So when I was leaving, she stopped my as if I didn't pay. I simply said I paid with another employee and she gave me another look like I was lying. It was the weirdest thing. I wasn't going to complain because maybe it's just her attitude and she was having a bad day...but I tried to call to just talk to the manager about it and the person who answered continued to give me the run around and never want to pass the phone to the manager. It's all so very weird. This location also includes the tip and a service fee (make sure to look at your bill for accuracy and your statement). Hope they train this server. ("Boy" haircut)

Received the worst service from this place they gave me the wrong order, and no one picks up on the phone number on the receipt. To drive back is not even worth my time or gas.
My wife accidentally left her glasses today 10/29 at 2 pm and not even 15 minutes later we returned to try to retrieve them. Our waiter clearly pocked them as she stuttered and wouldn't let her look through the trash, but another employee was trying to be helpful and let her try to look (wearing a spiderman costume). After the two employees talked on the side they dismissed her and told her they weren't there. Very sad interaction as we love coming to this location.

I should have read the reviews first. I was completely disappointed. I asked what I should order my first time here and was told Tacos; should have listened. Gumbo tasted like chili Verde with Farmer John sausage. BTW don't order oysters unless you want them without horseradish. The popers were good. Don't come here expecting New Orleans. Just get the tacos! Oh the music in Spanish was very loud, where is the Cajun feel I was expecting?

Always a favorite. $1 oysters are pretty good, not the best, but you can't beat a $1. Seafood is also pretty good.Great place to watch sports as they have tvs all over the place. Bring a jacket, though. It's freezing in there.

The food was amazing. It's more juicy, but not flavorful as I thought it would. But over all the food was amazing. First time being here with my boyfriend as well. Service was amazing, checking up on us and everything :). Server asked us if we wanted free dessert and I'm like free?!? YES. I asked them a question about it and they said everytime you come you get a free dessert. I think that's really dope they do it. It's cheaper then most places and less of a wait time compared to other seafood places. Highly recommend!

The experience was vastly different than what I expected. They count the number of Sausage slices that they add to your Gumbo. (Who does that?!!) So I had to order a side of sausage. They served us on cheap plastic dishes with cheap plastic flatware that bends from the weight of the food. The Crawfish Boil is served in a large plastic bag. They dropped off the bag and just walked away. No plates, no flatware, just a bag of food. Maybe they're trying to save on the cost of Real dishes, flatware and a dishwasher, who knows? Or maybe I just expected something different. Nevertheless, I was not impressed.
