This location has been under new management as of May this year and they have provided excellent customer service even before the new change of management. I usually place my orders via the mobile app to earn rewards points and they always have my order ready by the time I get there! The dining area is kept clean and service is quick.

Tonight 12/12/23 I walked in with a homeless woman who I have seen in long beach for months she is so sweet just needed some kindness and she def found kindness in the staff tonight. The woman working tonight made sure to make her feel accepted and take care of her. Being homeless and having mental health issues, kindness is what is needed. I can rave more about the kindness the 2 woman gave her. Subway you hired amazing women with compassion and understanding in their hearts thank you!
