We arrived 10 minutes before closing today to order two pizzas and the door was already locked to indicate that they were closed. It would be helpful to post your actual hours of operation so that people know that the doors will be locked at least 10 minutes before the posted time.

Ordered doordash. Food came quick but our 12 dollar salad was no bigger than a handful of greens and a small bit of parmesan cheese. There was no dressing or croutons or chicken. I called the resturaunt and the manager said i needed to contact doordash, she was no help at all. I would return the food but it is pretty far away. Dont wast your money on their rinky dink salad.

Customer service was bad. Employee seemed as if she wanted us out ASAP. We weren't being rude at ALL. Didn't even offer sauces in the end. Seemed very confused about the sauces. Rolled her eyes. Just horrible. It was my first time and will be my last. COSTA MESA PIZZA PRESS IS BETTER. Customer service is never bad.

I love building your own pizzas and TPP has definitely more base options than the other competing pizza places. The employees here offer great customer service. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to start my order and I'm normally out shortly after that. You can add as much toppings as you want and they really don't try to short you on your meat toppings either. They also have happy hour where you can purchase wings for $1 each! I haven't tried them yet but the mango habanero flavor sounds good, will be back for to try! Always check in for a free cookie because they freshly bake their cookies daily and they are so addicting!

This is the worst pizza spot I have ever been to.The staff is very rude not helpful and is unable to properly make a pizza even though you're standing there watching them put the toppings on it yourself.I asked for a simple three topping pizza with a small amount of garlic and they put so much garlic on my pizza when I went to complain I was greeted with a dirty look and a smart attitude . My pizza tasted like crap.The cashier was just as rude as unhelpful I had to ask him for a drink and when I did he slammed the cup on the counter as if it was a problem to add two dollars to the bill. I have called the number listed above three times!!! During normal hours of operation and not once has anyone answered . If the owner or manager reads this please contact me I would like my money back ASAP!!! Pizza is not the worth the price for how rude and incompetent your staff is . Go to Alondra hot wings !!!!

I love this pizza spot so much, but the recent time Iv went I got the worst service, the lady didn't put any tomato sauce in my pizza, nor did she ask me what I wanted on it, she just wanted to do her own thing, not happy. In plus she almost charged me for the pizza only without asking if I was going to get a drink, nothing, like if she was doing her own thing. Not happy at all, I'm questioning if i should go back.

I was really disappointed with this location. The pizza is great, and as far as can tell, the workers seem nice. Whenever I call to place an order for pickup, im always placed on hold for over 10 minutes, and eventually they hang up. When I go in person theres usually 1-2 workers helping out 4 or more people in line. My problem is with higher management. It’s not fair to your workers to be so under staffed during your peak hours. How could a business that is seemingly doing very well not afford to cater equally to all it’s customers.

This place is a total vibe. Love the music, the menu, the prices, and the ppl!! Really not much more I can say. I love how you can do a create your own of pretty much everything- pizza or salad. The cookies are the best I've ever had.
