I really like yogurtland. Yummy flavors. Great location. But it's the third time now that the lady at the counter is so absolutely unhappy with her job it seems like. Half the toppings were empty which maybe I wouldn't normally complain about but the ONLY two toppings I get were empty plus 5 more. She didn't even say thank you, or have a nice day. She doesn't smile. She'll be outside cleaning for 5 minutes before even coming inside when there's people waiting to pay. It's unfortunate because I've been desperate for a job and would absolutely love to work a job like this, and she seems to hate it.

I come here at least twice a week and there is nothing wrong with this location. Toppings are always stocked. It's always clean- no sticky handles, spoons, or floors. The employees are always doing exactly what they're paid to do. A lot of these reviews are exactly what is wrong with the service industry. Grown adults that need to be coddled like children. "They seemed annoyed we were there", you were probably annoying. But did they still complete their job duties by serving you? "They didn't say hi when we walked in", you seem lonely, go be with friends and loved ones. "They didn't tell us it's BOGO" there's an A-frame sign the height of a 2nd grader in front of the door. Use your eyes

I come here ALL THE TIME, and NOT ONE of the ladies has ever said it's a buy one get one. Today 7-10-23 I visited yogurt land and Christine cashier was super nice. She told me upon checking out you know today is buy one get one? WOW! Thank you Christine for excellent customer service. You need to train your co-workers to be as informative to customers as you do. I appreciate it and I also appreciate the welcoming smile she had when speaking to everyone in there.

Service sucked was there for a good 10 mins waiting and when the worker came out not even an apology the yogurt was already melted.

I visited the Paramount location Thursday, May 25th at around 7pm and was disgusted by my experience. The woman at the register had her hands in her pants while standing at the register and was adjusting her clothing then proceeded to unpack spoons and place them in the spoons dispenser. When I addressed it with her I was met with attitude. She proceeded to tell me that they were display spoons and would not be used. I called today to complain and was told that Rosa the Manager was the one working when I visited. The disgusting behavior along with the rude attitude are reason enough for me never to go back to this location. I am contacting the health department next and telling everyone I know.

Worst yogurt land I've been to , we had to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom which is fine but when my mom went up to the cashier she said she wouldn't open the bathroom until we paid , like girl are you f****** serious, I had to hold my pee in until she decided to open it if I get a uti then what is Yogurtland going to pay for my dr appointment, like get a grip It's not that serious why can't people just use the bathroom for free without having to wait to buy something.

Came in on a Wednesday so the have a Buy on get one Free promotion I got there 5 minutes before 6 and I had my yogurt on the scale to pay and the worker lady did not to give me the promotion deal it was 6pm and she said NO because it was 6:01pm very rude did not even give me a receipt!
