Bartender is racist. My white boyfriend went up to get drinks, got served right away. Tipped 20 percent. I got to the bar and sat next him, bartender proceeded to ignore me for 30 minutes, serving every white person on both sides of me even though we made eye contact multiple times. He also ignored a Latino man trying to get his attention. Finally, he says we’re next and then serves several people after us. Terrible.

When I want to unwind, see friendly faces, and have a little conversation, I come here. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed and there’s a sense of community. The Jazz on Friday nights is amazing too. Our favorite local watering hole. We fell in love when we moved to Pasadena 1.5 year ago. Absolutely wonderful for drinks, night caps, jazz nights galore. We love the Negronis and Manhattans here - Old Fashioned too! It’s a great place to connect with other neighbors in the community, too.
