Not enough fruits

Very bad experience!
First time visit and very disappointed!
The guy did us a favor that explains what should we do .
Basically it’s just frozen yogurt with smash fruits nothing more than that.
Also we got very big chunks of fruit….

Not recommended at all!!!

Very tasty, but it’s melting too fast. It is half melted by the time we got it from the table.

Have been coming here almost everyday.
The plain yogurt flavored soft ice cream keeps me cool! And people working always nice and cheerful.
But today ordered the same exact medium size plain yogurt flavored soft ice cream and got almost half amount than any other time.
I felt so disappointed.
Will come tomorrow and try again though.
Still have high hopes that I will get my piece of ‘Cool’.

$8 for a single ice cream is a litttle ridiculous and it doesn’t taste like frozen yogurt. but the service was nice and we got to keep the soda for our root beer float ice cream. which we needed bc it didn’t taste much like a root beer float, more like vanilla. the store inside is also a bit bare bones with no seating in or out.

Good soft serve that has ingredients folded in on a cold stone.

Absolute worst customer service of any ice cream shop I’ve been to. Ordered 6 yogurts to go only to be told they don’t have any bags. Why not tell me that before my order?

Worker was extremely rude after I asked for help and said “you’re on your own buddy”. Employee should be fired.

Good place

One of my favorite places in pasadena — clean, delicious, and sweet. It is nice to watch them making your fresh frozen yogurt right in front of you. The workers are friendly but today there was a worker named Jacob, and he was the kindest man in the world. He really made my day.

I usually choose a small cup, which is actually pretty big. I ordered Couch Potato this time. The texture was fun and it tasted great! I would love to try other flavors too.

The staff worked hard, but the frozen yogurt just wasn't very good. I ordered the Belgium chocolate couch potato, but they were out of potato chips. I had my second choice which was cookie dough, caramel sauce Nutella, and sea salt. The froyo really didn't taste like chocolate, and the cookie dough was yucky. I really didn't feel like eating it and taking in a bunch of calories. I really wanted to like this place.

I’ve been to this location on 6 different occasions now where I’m there past 12:00 and the doors are locked. Open time says 12:00 but they aren’t open on time. Today it’s 12:23 and multiple people trying to open the door and it’s locked. It’s so frustrating when you go someplace and it says it’s going to be open but it isn’t. Idk if the workers are getting there late or what but MANAGEMENT…FIX IT.

UPDATE: 12:43 finally someone showed and said she wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes. Gave me a free small yogurt which was nice but doesn’t give me my 43 minutes and parking back.

Berry good. I get more choices here than i do in life.

The frozen yogurt was very good and the staff making it were lovely! My only gripe is, after the staff member worked so hard to make my treat, there wasn’t an option on the payment screen to add tip. While I know tip culture can go overboard, I believe the people working at 21 Choices should have the option to be tipped. They have to physically work very hard for each order, and on a freezing surface to boot! All while being stared at by the customers. They deserve a tip. Otherwise, loved it!

This place was delicious. The staff was friendly, I’ve never had such delicious frozen yogurt before!
