I used to love coming here, but the horrible constant changing staff keeps me from coming back as often. The wait is always so long here, even without many people in line. Since it's always someone different working here, they don't always take their job seriously with chit chatting or just suck at the job. Different mix ins that I love have been constantly out of stock. I was disgusted at the mess that I was given last time after arguing with the employee with his poor attempt to overcharge me! Management needs to change and do better!

Very cool place. They were busy and each order takes a bit of time so don't go if you're in a rush. Super fun for the kids to watch the process. We got 6 different items and they were all very good. I wish they had this place on the East Coast.

The guy who served us today is kind and nice! He patiently introduced us how to order as we came here for the first time. Delicious yogurt and whenever you add it is good! Definitely recommend it to friends who visit Pasadena.?

I’ve tried coming here twice in the last month and will probably never come again. In both instances we arrived about two to three hours prior to closing. The first time, after waiting around 30 minutes, we finally got to the front of the line only to be told that they were completely out of ice cream… the second time they were completely out of fruit and several other ingredients. Management needs to figure out how to manage their supply a bit better.

Suuuuuuper slow service and they were out of items. There were two people working, one taking orders & preparing the ice cream while the other one decorated a sign. They used to have at least seven flavors now they only have, at most, four. Disappointing.

Website says it closes at 10. Unfortunately, I have gone twice now and they have just decided to close early.

The vibe is not as fun as it was in the past. Nobody is smiling, and it takes forever to place an order. Good product but service is weak.

This place seems to have fallen under bad management, its common for it to be closed long before closing hours. I went 45 min before closing last night and a worker was closing up shop, when I asked him what happened he said “everyone called out so we’re closing early.” If you check below this seems to happen often. Also if you check on Uber Eats they’re often not accepting orders. Really sad.

Closed early…shame!
