On the 25th at 8:30 PM, I ordered a cup of mochi matcha drink. When I arrived at the store, I asked twice and was told to wait both times. The server’s attitude was very bad, she interrupted me and refused to let me check the cup's number several times, insisting that I need to wait longer. On the third inquiry, I finally saw my drink. By the time I got it, the ice had melted, and the quality was poor. It wasted 30 minutes of my time. I was visiting Los Angeles, and my friends had always praised 3Cat tea, so this kind of service was really disappointing.

Cute little boba shop. This place is very aesthetic. The name suggests 3 cats, but there are a lot more than 3. There are cats everywhere. Not real cats though, just decorations. The quality of the drinks are also very good, and it is a nice place to chill, relax, take pictures. If you like cats and you like cute things and you like boba, this place is for you.

I got in the shop 30 mins after if opened today. The server saw me come in but didn’t care so I walked over to the self-serve device on the side to order.
After I placed in the order, the notification alarm went off. The server impatiently walked over. She pointed at the self-machine and asked if I was the one order on the machine.
I shocked by the horrible attitude. I paused and thought to myself if I have done anything to offend or disrespect her or the place in any way?
I kindly asked to cancel the order and thanks her for her time but I know the same brand store offer better service in other cities, just not this one.

Cute little cat themed Boba shop, what’s not to like? The drinks themselves were OK for the price, didn’t really stand out compared to all the other Boba shops in old town. The milk tea I tried tasted a bit artificial. It’s a small shop with a few seating options and a table or two. The staff was nice and the service was quick, the kiosk was very easy to order from.

?bruh 态度有够差的? so bad with the attitude! Feel like I had own her money. Also after I had ordered from the machine, I had my order number, when the order is ready, they just stand there and don’t call out number, bruh we had waited so long…… ? never going again. But their drink was good.

Ordered 3 different drinks for almost $20 and each of them was extremely awful…Mine was orange tea but it tasted like water with sliced oranges. No flavor at all! Can’t taste any flavor from juice and tea. My friend ordered mango slush and have the same results. Tasted like a cup of yellow slush with no mango flavor at all. Very disappointed and it’s a waste of money.

I was a bit shy going in because it was empty. But the employees are very nice and the tea they serve is incredible! I ask for less sugar and you can taste the depth of the tea and the soy foam is very light. Since this is a new shop, I wanted to shine some light on their products. Definitely will come again. ❤️
Vegetarian options: They have milk alternatives.
Parking: There are a few parking lots in this area that are free but they usually get full very quickly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a side entrance for those is wheelchair.
