Terrible guest service. Cashier/ barista did not welcome, was standing on her phone and did not approach me. I don’t like to use kiosks so I was waiting to be helped and she didn’t do anything. I asked if she could ring me up and the entire interaction was rude.

Favorite boba place in Pasadena! All the teas I’ve tried are good but I usually get their matcha strawberry milk tea because they actually use strawberry chunks, not just strawberry syrup. The best matcha strawberry milk tea out there! The table games are fun to play while we wait too lol

Coconut mango milk tea was delicious. I like that they offer organic cows milk as well as several vegan milks. Chill vibes, free WiFi, and plenty of seating made for a great place to spend a couple hours of focused work time on a Friday afternoon.

One of the best boba places I’ve ever tried. There ingredients are fresh and not powdered, sugary mess! The staff know we by sight and name even though I live to far away to be truly the kind of regular I would wish to be! The taro boba milk tea is my favorite with almond or oat milk options both available.

I’m a first timer I ordered the Matcha strawberry dodo smoothie with coconut milk and Boba. It’s very yummy.
The boba is delicious and the people who work here are kind and make the drinks really fast. I love coming here to work since they have great seating and WiFi but I must say, the music they play is so terrible. Just play some lo fi or jazz and it’ll be perfect.

I spend a lot of time in Pasadena, always see this place but never had the opportunity to try them out. The drinks we tried were great and they came out pretty quickly. A lot of the tables are 2 person tables, but I’m pretty sure I saw a larger seating area in the back. They’re located near the corner of Oak Knoll and Colorado, across the street from Target. No dedicated parking lot that I saw. They have a lot of other trinkets and things for sale inside as well.

I love it when a boba shop knows what they're doing. 7 Tea offers a variety of drinks to choose from and they have non-dairy milk alternatives, which is a big reason for me to choose this spot.I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with half ice, half sweet, and oat milk. Drink took a bit to come out but it was perfectly well made. Not too sweet for my palette either. I did notice they had to redo my drink for some reason but I'm glad they caught their mistake and fixed it before serving.Love the decor where they have lots of tubes lined with beans as you make your way to pick up your drink. They also have a couple of table games with some that proved quite challenging for my friends.
