At this point is this place permanently closed ? This is the third time that I have come by and paid to park when it has said it's open to find them closed. That is really obnoxious to the customers, update your hours.

Again Cafe x Chibiscus Ramen offers an extensive menu, which includes coffee, coffee & milk options, organic tea, specialty drinks, brunch, ramen, as well as desserts. I actually came here to pick up an order from a local donut shop, as this is one of their available locations. It was a smooth process, and the staff were friendly. The place itself is very bright and clean-looking, with the white decor and ample seating. Plenty of street parking, too. +friendly staff +plenty of street parking

I've ordered a couple things that I enjoy from their menu. However, their terrible service has ensured I won't return. Apparently not even the owner knows their own business hours. Don't waste your time trying to order, you will never get your food.

We have eaten at Again Cafe many times and the food is fine. However, twice now we have ordered online and waited for our food to be prepared, only to arrive at the restaurant and see it completely dark and closed. The hours linked on Grubhub and other ordering platforms are not accurate. This has happened twice now and I've had to deal with disputing the charge with my credit card because the restaurant did not automatically issue a refund. Their hours are inconsistent and therefore we won't be coming back again due to the hassles we've repeatedly encountered.

Sorry to write this, but straight up... just update your times for online orders. We ordered a month ago and it was closed.. we were refunded days later. Now again, same thing... we ordered and went to pick it up (again). Not open, and now we have to dispute the charge after a week of no refund. Foods good, we've been there at least a dozen times these past 2 years-- I think we're done at this point. Please be courteous to those that have supported you throughout the pandemic and update your deliver apps.
We ordered takeout through grub hub and when we went to pick it up the restaurant was closed. Online shows they are open at 5 but they remain closed and don't answer their phone? Very strange. Heads up would be nice on Yelp or closing down your online ordering apps. Hope they update or open up soon.

Decent ramen but small portion. Got a Bon Bon Lemonade too, it was really good and the presentation was really well made but its filled with ice. Staff is excellent ad well. Overall good stuff but I wish they would be more generous with the portions.

Drinks are cute AND tasty (((o(*ﾟﾟ*)o))) Baristas are super friendly and we must protect them at all costs. Brick toast is also one of the best brick toasts I've had-- more of the Japanese simple brick toast with ice cream, no crazy fillings but super good. I like that this cafe is the much chiller cafe of the ones around the area since it's a bit further away from the main streets and the outdoor seating is very nice and not crowded at all. Indoor vibe is also very minimal and cute and clean. Cafe is in the morning and Ramen is in the evenings.

Went in, specifically for their iced blue latte. It's just so dang pretty and I wanted it, haha. They have two sets of hours and the first is for coffee and the later is for ramen. I haven't tried their ramen yet but I will try and come back for it. It's located right next to the 710 freeway which makes it convenient to get to. Showed up on a Tuesday early afternoon and there was plenty of street parking, we weren't planning on staying long so it was ideal. The person that took our order was so nice and friendly, she was the only one there at that time, she let us know she'd get started on our drinks and let us know when they were done. It took a short while, but our drinks were so pretty when we got them that we didn't really mind the short wait. We had to get back to work, so we took our drinks to go. My blue latte was yum, but maybe a tad bit too heavy on the milk. I'm personally not a fan of the small crushy ice that they use, mostly because I feel like they always use too much ice, and with the lids they use I end up getting a mouthful of ice whenever I take a sip... but everyone has their preferences! My partner got an oat milk latte and was truly satisfied with his drink. It was my first time here, so I'm hoping to visit again and try more of their drinks and see how they compare!
