Dine LA Chef's Tasting with incredible wine pairing by their Som, Frederic. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would! Amazing food beautifully plated with incredible service. Looks as nice as it tastes. (And if you are nice to Frederic, he gives you 2 Oz pours of 4 amazing red wines on the house! Including a phenomenal 2007 Luce Della Vite Super Tuscan Sangiovese-Merlot blend!)
Went on Sunday to try their Prime Rib Dinner menu. Service was outstanding and just being at Alexander's feels elegant.
Ordered the Prime Rib special served only on Sunday with a half bottle of Pride Mountain Cabernet. The prime rib melted in my mouth. It was so tender. Dipped in horseradish and au jus was the perfect accent. The brocolinni was a bit salty and some were tough, but charred perfectly. The Caesars salad was very good.
