Ridiculous. I can’t excuse the level of incompetence at this location. Incredibly SLOW every time I have given them a chance. You make me wait 40 minutes for an iced coffee with zero apologies, on a second visit I waited 20 minutes for just a pastry that was forgotten about while everyone after me is getting their drinks. I would be OKAY with the slow service if you could at least be courteous and apologize when you forget people and their orders which happens WAY TOO OFTEN.

As a devoted coffee enthusiast, I can confidently say this is one of the best spots in LA. The coffee is top-notch, as is the service. On top of that, my wife — who’s notoriously hard to please when it comes to coffee because she doesn’t like it sweet — finished her cup completely. That means her request was heard, and the coffee was made perfectly. Thank you!

Mediocre coffee, difficult to find good one after people give too easily 5 stars for really normal coffee (and happy to pay 6 $ for a small cup of coffee“cold brew“ with ice cubes in it - which obviously waters down the anyway not too special taste)
We bought a latte to use the bathroom. Our kid just had to go to the bathroom right at close and a man employee with glasses denied us access. Hire some more empathetic employees please and not folks that just check in and check out. Not considerate at all.

I normally order online but since I was in the area I had to stick up on their World Famous Vanilla Syrup. It’s one of my favs. I use it every morning in my matcha latte.
