The best gelato I’ve ever had.

Dear God, what kind of people are running this place??

I am so glad that Alyn did good on his word to reach out to my daughter and I if he needed us to vouch for him.

Tuesday night… had dinner with friends and decided to grab some desert before heading home. In front of us is a grown man throwing a temper tantrum! It made us extremely uncomfortable and I know the couple sitting down behind us were uncomfortable as well. We tried minding our business but it very quickly became impossible. The grown *child* started mocking Alyn by saying things like “Aww, I’m so sorry you were closing by yourself… It’s not my problem if you miss your train…” — I can assure you, ANYONE would’ve snapped. But not Alyn. He never once raised his voice, never once resorted to insults, he simply told the man *child* what he NEEDED to hear, not what he WANTED, and that is what drove this big toddler into a rage. I mean, the couple behind him told him to leave because he was embarrassing himself! How about that?? Right before he leaves, he makes it a point to repeatedly tell him that they’ve lost a customer blah, blah, blah, and that he’s never coming back (THANK GOD) before storming off… only to come back (?!) to get his name “so I can get you fired” — DISGUSTING. Even more disgusting, is that this place is siding with him! Absolutely disgusting!

While helping us choose a regular cup with Stracciatella and Raspberry Sorbet — incredible by the way, and even more incredible service — Alyn explained to my daughter and I why someone’s 6 foot baby was so upset, and I was FLABBERGASTED.

The night before, he had to make sure he caught the last train to go home otherwise he’d have to pay $70 for an Uber, so he did what anyone would do: he closed a little early. Unfortunately, someone is ENTITLED. And Entitled needed his gelato fix or else… but Alyn just mouthed “sorry, we’re closed.” Any mature adult, teen, or KID would’ve just gone about their day or I don’t know, maybe gone somewhere else??

Instead, the next day he comes, sees that Alyn is working and immediately starts harassing him, demanding he explain to him why on God’s green earth did he close before 11. Alyn explained to him. His response? “I don’t care, it’s not my problem.” <<

This location is tied with their Sawtelle establishment for the best gelato amongst the many Bacio di Latte sites across LA. The pistachio and hazelnut are phenomenal.

Best ice cream in town, but the worst customer service ever, 30 min waiting for an ice cream, I had to order 3 times because the employee made my order wrong each time (every time I order again, she will chit chat with her coworkers for a few minutes and comeback with my order wrong) I ended up leaving without an ice cream. Very sad because I’m a regular customer.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced in life. It has happened multiple times now. Ordered kids size cone, asked if they can add two flavors for that size and said yes. When it was time to pay, they wanted to charge me more but they never even told me that it was going to be at a higher price in the first place. Lack of communication and clarity. They took my cone and gave me the “correct amount” of ice cream and size of cone. They honestly could have just let me taken the current cone while paying the original price I thought I was going to pay considering I was not happy. They probably threw the ice cream away. What a waste.

So damn good!!! Amazing quality gelato, literally the best I’ve ever tried and it’s got me hooked! Customer service is great as well! Always packed, I did wish they moved a bit more quicker but other than that 100000% recommend!😊

10/10 The staff here was amazing and super helpful, for being my first time they were patient and all their suggestions were on point. The pistachio and Nutella dipped cone was worth the money! The crema Torino ice cream was definitely my favorite 😍

Looking for Gelato in pasadena and ran across this spot. Was intrigued with the portions shown in photos I love Gelato so win - win. But when ordered the waffle cup was only given 2 scoops. In the photos the waffle cups were stacked even the cones. Gelato was great, but the portions were off. Service was ok.

**Ignore the bitter and sad excuse for a human creating 3 accounts to hate on this place and the friendly staff** We were the group behind her in line and Leilani (not Lelania), simply told her to let us get rang up first since our order was ready, and hers wasn’t. Her son was still deciding what to order LOL! It was the lady, Iss (?), who was the only person not being friendly in the entire shop. I feel so bad for Leilani and the gentleman (Alex?) who had to put up with a mother more immature and childish than her little boy. If there’s any way I can give the 2 people on staff an extra tip for putting up with her attitude, let me and my partner know!

Yummmmmmm! I love gelato and the gelato here is amazing! You can even get your cup or cone line with pistachio or Nutella!

I ordered a medium cup lined with pistachio and pistachio and chocolate mousse. It was DIVINE! My husband got the affogato and he said it was delicious!

We paid about $20 for our order and yes it is expensive but you can tell the ingredients are of high quality.

Definitely stop by if you're in the area.

The gelato tastes good, but some servers were not very kind. I’ve been to this place many times and had the same experience. I ordered the regular size, which should be larger than the petite, but the amount was always inconsistent and sometimes the scoops looked odd. After waiting in a long line, I felt bad because the server treated me poorly😕. I’d rather go to Salt & Straw since the people there are much more welcoming.

Very yummy gelato but on the pricier side. I got the pistachio flavour with the Nutella waffle cone.
