The ice cream had ice in it meaning it was old and portion very small. I got the old fashioned butter pecan milkshake and it must have been going bad because they added caramel syrup that I did not request to it to make it sweet so one wouldn't taste the spoiled ice cream. Never again! Sticking to Foothill location.

Google searched and found this Baskin Robbins. It was very easy to find and had plenty of parking. Our server Pauline was pleasant and helpful. She gave us her thoughts on a few flavors we were considering and offered us samples too! The wild n reckless sherbert was what my husband decided to go with, it has a sweet and sour kick! If that's what you're going for, give this flavor a try. The place was very clean and not crowded. I've now got a Pasadena Baskin Robbins location to visit when I'm in town. Thanks for the new sweet and sour flavor!

I think this ice cream was good, but I’m pretty upset because there was ice and the ice cream kept falling apart and didn’t taste good.
Great customer service for ordering an ice cream cake with less than 24 hours notice. Called a different location that said that I had to order 48 hours in advance. Was so happy that this location was so accommodating.

Slow service for Doordash delivery people, and does anyone here speak good English and read clearly? Twice here I simply showed them the name of the customer on the screen of my phone, twice now they kept constantly asking me "What is the customers name?" Over and over again. Then the second time I told them it is on the screen of my phone, the cashier's excuse was "I don't have my glasses." Well whose fault is that? Plus why are you working without your glasses anyways? Pretty fair raiting.

When in to pick up an ice cream cake. Location is very clean and the woman that was there was extremely helpful and nice. Ended up getting ice cream and loved the variety of flowers they have. Will be definitely returning for more ice cream in the near future.

My friend just help me write that order on the paper then I said sorry My English is not really good I just showed that paper list to Asian lady seller .then she doesn’t want to read that paper .she said it’s not her job What....f (I don’t know what is her name )she is Asian lady !
