Bland ass ice cream but cheap and been there forever

Google searched and found this Baskin Robbins. It was very easy to find and had plenty of parking. Our server Pauline was pleasant and helpful. She gave us her thoughts on a few flavors we were considering and offered us samples too! The wild n reckless sherbert was what my husband decided to go with, it has a sweet and sour kick! If that's what you're going for, give this flavor a try. The place was very clean and not crowded. I've now got a Pasadena Baskin Robbins location to visit when I'm in town. Thanks for the new sweet and sour flavor!

With so many options now a days, we rarely go to BR anymore. But spending a day w my dad we had a craving for the nostalgia of when I was a little girl and he'd take us out for sundaes. I was so incredibly disappointed when both he and I felt undeserved. My banana Royale had more banana than ice cream and my dad's 3 scoop sundae still made the cup look oversized and it barely looked like a sundae. We took our sundaes to go, so we didn't realize how sad they were until we got home so I called to let the staff know. The young man was very nice and apologetic and informed us the young lady that served us was new and was still getting serving sizes down. I let him know that the call was to inform them so they can s avoid doing that to another customer. I can say that I have no interest in revisiting that nostalgia any longer - especially when I feel I just spent $17 on big banana chunks w no offer to try to regain my business. Bummer.

Paid 13 dollars for two very small cups of ice cream 1 topping per ice cream not worth what they charge the workers are pleasant besides the manager playing on her cellphone doing nothing

This is a nice Baskin-Robbins. A few highlights: - The staff is really friendly and professional- There is ample parking in the main parking structure (shared by a grocery store and other shops)- They are well-stocked and offer a variety of tasty ice creams- The shop itself is clean and well-maintainedIf you're looking for your Baskin-Robbins ice cream fix, this location will not disappoint you!

Hands down the cleanest, nicest Baskin Robbins I've been to and I've been to quite a few. The customer service from the two guys at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this yummy little spot. Oh and their cake selection and decorations were really good as well! My 2 year old son kept running to look at the cake window because he liked the designs so much.

This is the greatest Baskin Robbins I've been to in a long time. The owners are wonderful and keep the ice cream flowing! If I could eat ice cream every day, I would!

The owner is amazing! She knows my son by name and has created the most amazing cakes for his birthdays the last 3 years. She was aware of his infatuation with dinosaurs and made an awesome dinosaur ice cream cake that made his 5th birthday so special this year! We will not go anywhere else.
The couple who works here are precious! The menu has tons of different options, and the ice cream is great. The store is clean and there's lots of seating. I come here almost every week!

This is a great location, came here with my kids, it's family run and the best part? This is one of the last few BR locations that has Chocolate Mouse Royal still! Try a scoop, thank me later.

Great customer service for ordering an ice cream cake with less than 24 hours notice. Called a different location that said that I had to order 48 hours in advance. Was so happy that this location was so accommodating.

I'm not sure if this was the owner who assisted but if it wasn't she's freaking rude and should not have any contact with customers so we request a old Baskin-Robbins recipe chocolate blast for me and my kids once I got the order I advice they taste like if it was water and milk not even a little of chocolate and her answer was "it is what it is " what kind of customer service is this ? How do you answer like that to a customer ! She says she's was not doing anything to fix my 3 drinks cause that's what we ordered, NEVER GOING BACK ! Terrible service
