Came here a few times & although it’s usually busy the staff is good at getting the lines down quickly .. this time coming in I brought a group of kids. Bruce helped us out & he was so friendly & extremely patient with us, as the kids couldn’t decide between multiple flavors .. made the experience a great one .. thanks Bruce

This place skimps on the scoops compared to the other baskin robin locations I’ve been. For a two scoop royal I noticed a co-worker who was traing an co-worker making my order telling her her scoops were too large, therefore gave the tinest 2scoops I’ve seen lol. When I opened my lid I noticed more whip cream and banana to compensate the smaller scoops, which was more like 1/2 of a full scoop of ice cream, so I’ll be going to Burbank, and Sunland for my ice cream treats from now on

Went in with my daughter on Wednesday afternoon 5/29 and the girl helping us did such a great job. She was inviting, engaging, and had a positive attitude. Most importantly she was consistently like that with all the customers that came in. Her co worker was just as efficient. Nice job team. Keep it up. Good service is a lost art form.

Good ice cream but definitely not worth it at $5 a scoop
Very clean and the staff is friendly. They always have a huge variety of ice cream cakes.

Outstanding staff. Very kind, sweet, and fun! Patient and caring team here. Makes a difference, and makes the overall experience amazing! Standard (awesome!) Baskin Robbins fare. Plenty of options. Prepacked or freshly scooped. Milkshakes are delicious. Cakes, and other ice cream based treats. Cup or cone…plenty of options for everyone’s pallet. Clean, and welcoming location. Parking out front. Next to a See’s candy! They are usually busy, but move through the guest pretty quickly!
