We walked in at 7:30 pm on a Sunday night. The place was deserted and we waited a few minutes before waking outside and calling the location to see if it was even open, despite the open sign being on and the door unlocked. Someone answered and we then walked in when we saw them inside. We decided to dine in and ordered our food. The honey garlic chicken is pretty good. The Ddeok- bokki, however, is unimpressive, We ordered it with cheese for an extra 3 dollars, and the cheese kind of brought the dish down… The food was underwhelming overall and the service was even more underwhelming, as we kept having to ask for things like water and utensils. When we walked up to pay, the worker was sitting on her phone behind the counter a few feet away from us and we had to “ehhem” to get her attention after waiting a minute…. Overall I just wish we had chosen a different place for the amount we are spending on dinner, sadly.

The best fried chicken ever. And this located makes it even better than other locations. Try secret sauce boneless.

I work locally and used to come here weekly for lunch, but they have stopped carrying coke zero, the quality of food has been slipping and the service has been less than spectacular. The move from ordering at the kiosk to waiting for wait staff to take your order would have been nice if they had the staff to manage it. But unfortunately I have had to walk out without any food multiple times because I just could not get service and had to return to work.
Thanks for nothing.

Visited this restaurant twice with my wife. First time we ordered honey garlic wings and the second time Gangnam style wings. We liked crispiness and flavor.
However, both times it took unreasonably long time to get food brought to the table. They were not busy at all - both times the place looked empty on a busy weekend day - other restaurants had 30+ minute wait, but this restaurant was empty. There were some take out orders they were fulfilling while we were sitting there but it didn’t look like it was a fire drill. Just a very slow service.
Additionally, on the last visit they tried to overcharge us for a pitcher of beer. On the menu it is listed as $24 but on the check they put $30. The waitress tried to come up with some excuses like “it is happy hour price. but we do not have happy hour.” and “the menu has not been updated” even though there were some hand-made edits on the menu. At the end she called someone and they gave us a 20% discount which made us feel like they were doing us a favor.
The restaurant doesn’t seem to understand that when people come inside and order chicken and beer they will spend more money, but their slow service and attempts to charge over the listed price will prevent me from ever coming back.
I think the chicken is worth it but I would only use this place for a take-out.

The quality is not the same as before.
First picture was taken in 2023, the last picture was taken when I visited last week.
Same menu, obviously its lacking so much sauce(was very dry) and it does not have the nutty toppings anymore.
Highly disappointed.

I was so disappointed that the pickled radish was not included with your order if you order through online which is really strange to me. They don’t have cheesling wings option either. Glendale branch is better imo.
Their order entry system for pickup is confusing and then their service is deadly slow. Wasted a lot of time at that place.
Ordered Kimchi fried rice and was told by the female server that it was vegetarian. She lied. It had pieces of chicken in it. Super disappointing. Needless to say I’ll never visit this place again, today was my first and last time!!

I can't believe I wasted my money on this place! I ordered what was supposed to be a whole chicken, but it turned out to be the equivalent of not even 1/2 a chicken. The pieces were tiny, and to make matters worse, they counted the hip of the thigh as a separate piece of chicken. It was a complete ripoff! The Louisiana Fried Chicken place on the corner of Fair Oaks and Washington is way better and more affordable. And those sauces? Just buy some sweet chili sauce from the supermarket and toss the chicken in it. The dumplings were also terrible - small and hard, definitely not worth the price. I'm so angry that I spent $91.00 on this garbage.

The server wasn’t polite and keeps pushing us to buy alcohol.
The food takes a long time to serve, and in the mean time they prioritize delivery over dine in.

I would stay away from this location.
1) Happy hour promo not honored but is advertised outside and every table. Someone gave this place a bad review a couple days ago bc of the promo but the sign is still up.
2) Food is inconsistent with other locations. Might have been a bad day but took one bite and asked for the check.
3) I was billed incorrectly. Asked for a pitcher of beer but got a pint. I told them it’s fine we will just take the pint just charge us for the glass but come to find out they charged us for the pitcher. (Plus they even said they just charged us for the glass the first time) if we didnt review our bill we wouldve paid for their mistake.
Dont even bother reaching out to customer service either. They say sorry but nothing will change. Food quality is forgivable but how bout starting with take the sign down and getting the bill correct.
My thoughts:
Just go to or order from Tokyo chick. few blocks away from this location on colorado blvd way way wayyyyy better.
