I want to appreciate her professional manner and kindness.Parking: Finding a free parking space right in front of the restaurant is very hard, especially during dinner time.

Very convenient self order kiosks right at the entrance of the store. Their wings are incredible. The chicken and mayo bowl is absolutely amazing. It's a family favorite.

Like wut seriously the best damned fried chicken I've had in my life. I don't usually even eat a lot of meat so this was a stretch for me!! But I really loved it. We like spicy and ordered the Galbli wings and hot spicy chicken.

Even though this is a chain it's still very good Korean fried chicken. There are many yummy flavors and the cheese is particularly good. The chicken is nicely breaded, seasoned, and fried and has the right amount of crispiness and crunch along with juicy chicken inside.

Ordered using their website for delivery. They hide a 10% service fee within the sales tax line item. Total deception. They call it a fee to maintain their website. It charge me $11.00 on top of the tip and delivery fee. What?? A website is a cost of doing business. Only shady businesses hide a fake fee. Seriously, I’ll never order from you again!!

While the food was good, the service left much to be desired. The staff claimed everything was self-serve, yet the inconsistency in their approach was inconsistent. We were given to-go boxes for our dine-in meal, a odd choice considering the next customers received proper plates and water. We were left with napkins. The confusion continued when we were instructed to self-serve water, only to have the pitcher taken away, because they needed it for something else? The service was very frustrating and left me questioning the overall organization and thought process of the business. Since they didn't explain why the service differed. Subpar dining experience, especially since my friend claimed the service was nice before.

The service was great but I do think this place has room for improvements. The food tasted good but the chicken pieces are pretty small compared to other places and it's twice as expensive. I do wish that you can get two flavors for the full chicken because I wanted to do the spicy but my bf can do spicy so we went with original. The flavor is good but I wish it would be thicker crust. Maybe a dipping sauce would go with it. We paid for a ranch and it was good with it. The place is casual and has tv playing sports. I want to try other things in the menu in the future since the other food did look good.

I think BBQ chicken is really good. I'm not much into sauces, but the original is great just the way it is. Super crispy and chicken is always fresh. I love the pickling they include with the order. Kind of would hope you can ask for sauce on the side so you can dip instead of it being coated. But overall I enjoy it and would recommend to check it out. Great spot for laker games!
