Since I happened to be in Old Town Pasadena, and discovered there was one. It's not on the main strip so I almost missed it.
Food: Cream puff (original) - this was the item that I wanted to try out since it's their main seller. I expected the puff to be softer with a crunchy outer shell but it was harder than I expected. It was delicious though. The cream is slightly sweet which I like. I hate super sweet cream. Honey butter puff - the second item I tried. Not a bad combo, but original still is better.
There are more flavors but I wanted to try the puffs as they are and not too overloaded with macha, chocolate, etc.. flavors.
Repeat: only for the original puff with the vanilla filling (original filling). It is pricey but once in a while is ok.

It was difficult to speak with staff and order with plexiglass and other clutter in the way. Food is to-go only and the fillings come out on your fingers when eating but no napkins were included in the bag.
The eclairs were good and felt reasonably priced, but with the frustrating service quality I probably won't bother returning.

I was very happy to find this location in Pasadena but was left upset. I have never had a staff member tell me I can't eat inside. Wait, is this not a store that sells food? I understand it has a sign that says limited capacity, but there were only four of us ( Including the other clients ). It wasn't packed at all! Never returning to this location ?

I bought a puff and tried to eat it inside the store, but was told by the staff that “can’t eat inside the store” a store that sells desserts does not allow customers to eat it inside the store (I was standing, not obstructing other customers,)

Upon entering I expected to be overwhelmed with fresh smells of baked goods, I was not. Nor was I greeted by a server person. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged and she was not helpful in her description of the pastry’s. I almost walked out, glad I did not the pastry’s crème puffs were amazing! I think they were day old but still very tasty.

I've been having a sweet tooth for while know and I finally found my perfect sweet desert I tried the chocolate,churro and the vanilla everything was amazing ? ? all definitely will be coming

I hate chocolate filling. I ordered chocolate eclair with vanilla filling and by the time I got home and realized that it was chocolate the shop was closed.I just thought this eclair to the trash.However, other fillings are very tasty ?. And Creme Brulee is the best choice

Staff was friendly, and the ambiance and cream puff offering were inviting and fun. Choose your cream puff, then choose your filling... lots of room to mix and match and customize. We got mini cream puffs. Four stars instead of five just because as we are driving away we felt confused about whether we had received what we had ordered. Regardless, what we received was very tasty and both I and the kids were satisfied.
