W O W!!!!!! This is what pizza dreams are made of...... =) I have been craving pizza for many days now. Today, I had Big Mama's and Papa's Pizzeria. It was veggie pizza and a pepperoni one. The crust was not oily. Thickness was just right. Toppings were the perfect size. Not too big that you bite into it only to have an entire piece of pepperoni fall off. Not too small as to items trickling onto your plate. Up until this point since moving more west, I have only craved a pizza place in Old Town Pasadena but the parking situation/traffic is terrible. New pizza favorite in the area. Excited to try the menu. I want a meatball sandwich, calzone, etc...and of course, PIZZA!!! PIZZA!!! PIZZA!!! P.S. I can't give it a 5 star until further eating experiences occur. O M G... it was delicious... Writing about it makes me want more... Update: I had it again (twice this week). If you order online, you the 7th one free (a free large). Sign up for texts for more perks. The small caesar salad with croutons and ranch dressing on the side was also nice and crisp.

The place can be easy to miss, but once inside, you won't regret it. Great tasting pizza! Nice portions. Service was good too. Definitely recommend.

Really good Calzone in the Pasadena Area, service was good as well. Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant felt at home.

The pizza wasn't very good, but there was plenty of it. Service was terrible and the prices were astronomical. Other than that, it was food.

Absolutely favorite pizzeria in my immediate area. the workers are extremely friendly, the food itself is always fresh and delicious and they have loads of unique pizza combinations.
I don't like to leave bad reviews, however this one was asking for it. I placed an order for delivery and was told it will arrive about 50 minutes later. I called in and hour to get the eta and was told that my order is in the oven because they got very busy. What annoyed me was there was no sense of apology. Some of us gad plans to leave the house so I was hoping to get our delivery on time. I was placed on a hold and shortly after was told our order just left and a manager will contact to discuss a possible refund. I said ok, and had to postpone my appointment. Some of us gad to go and couldn't wait. About 50 minutes later I call to find out in eta the second time and was told that they canceled my order and decided to refund me. Mind yourself my order was a cash pay. I asked exactly what are they refunding if there was no charge yet and how did they decide to cancel it?? I was told that there was a misunderstanding on my part. Here is a tip! Your business exists because of customers like me and we used to order often. I felt like I was not being appreciated as a customer and moreover treated like a joke. This is why you got this review. Hope this helps to retouch your customer service skills.

Yummy pizza, but apparently, they close at 8 pm instead of 9 pm based on the last two times I've been there. I was recently turned away at 8:25 after trying to order a slice. "Sorry, oven is turned off. " Yeah, OK. I'm transgender BTW.

The pizzas here are good I highly recommend it when you order the super large pizzas but if you're looking for a good personal pizza that's not too big just go to little caesers. The personal 10' pizza is $9.99 plus an additional $1.99 to add pepperoni. For this price it's definitely not worth it!!! I should have just gone to little caesers and ordered the extra most bestest for $8. The pizza isn't bad but for an additional $1.99 per topping they don't have to be so selfish with it.
