We used Billotti’s Catering back in March for my husbands 50th. It was an amazing experience from the food to how hospitable Nick and his staff were. We ordered the pasta bar service, and have used other companies for their pasta bar. The flavors and quality or ingredients, the way every item was cooked was completely 10 fold better than anyone we’ve used. If you’re looking for a made-to-order pasta bar service with live chefs don’t use anyone else! Billotti’s owns this experience. Trust us!! Incredible! Thank you Chef Nick and team.

Absolutely the BEST wedding food we have ever had! Plus the team was amazing -- prompt, professional, engaging, happy and beyond helpful. The guests were incredulous at the quality and flavors of the food. We had the pasta bar: organic vegetables, a vegetarian option, gluten-free pasta option, as well as all the delicious meatballs and chicken and sausage and choice of white sauce or red sauce. We all ate 'til we thought we were going to pop! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nick and team, for helping to make my daughter's wedding reception so perfect!
