I chose this catering company because of their reviews, and I am grateful for people's honesty! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! So professional, so so different, the smell (omg, to die for), and beyond delicious!!!! The chefs came on time, set up a beautiful setup, organized, and were graceful, and treated everyone so nicely! The chefs passed around hors d'oeuvres (which i wish i would have had them do a little longer) totally my fault since I set the timeline, but, what I LOVED is that our chefs purposely came looking for me and my husband to make sure we got some! They were delicious, THANK YOU! We had a few guests cancel at the last minute, but the ones who did come were not shy about getting seconds! Nick, the owner of the company, was very communicative with me prior to the party and made sure all my wants were met!I highly recommend this company and, Nick, I'll be reaching out again soon! After all, we have to make a living and it's tough out there. i do not take lightly my responsibility to comment fairly and accurately on service providers like Nick Belotti.We had aproximately 125 people in our home last night and hired Nick to cater our party. We will not use him again. The food was good enough; however, and more importantly, the service was poor. His team left early without cleaning properly the kitchen and party area; furthermore, they took all food we paid for, leaving nothing for those still at the party. I know this because as the party host, I did not have a chance to eat during the party. When I came in the kitchen at the end to ask for some food, Nick and his team had already left, taking all the food with them. This was annoying. We we're hungry, guests still remainEd, and we paid for that food. Worse, when I subsequently contacted Nick to ask him about this, he first denied there was additional food; he then said that "he could not legally leave the food behind for health law reasons." Unfortunately, one of our guests who was helping in the kitchen overheard Nick tell his team, "he was going to use the leftover food for the next event."We do not believe Nick was honest and fair with us; furthermore, he was in no way conciliatory when asked fair questions. he instead provided inconsistent answers and expressed no concern or regret for the situation. For these and other reasons, we will not use Nick again, nor will we recommend him to others.

We used Billotti’s Catering back in March for my husbands 50th. It was an amazing experience from the food to how hospitable Nick and his staff were. We ordered the pasta bar service, and have used other companies for their pasta bar. The flavors and quality or ingredients, the way every item was cooked was completely 10 fold better than anyone we’ve used. If you’re looking for a made-to-order pasta bar service with live chefs don’t use anyone else! Billotti’s owns this experience. Trust us!! Incredible! Thank you Chef Nick and team.

Nick and his team provided catering for my Mom's Celebration of Life gathering and it was top-notch, all the way around. The steak sliders were a big hit with everyone in attendance. The price was reasonable, the wait staff was very professional and polite and everything tasted super yummy. While the day was sad for myself and my family, Billotti's made the event a little better. You can't ask for anything more than that.

We planned a huge 100th birthday party for my grandfather and Nick was so helpful with figuring out the menu we would have, explaining the whole process, keeping in touch for weeks before the event and planning it all down to a 'T'. He and his staff were very professional, arrived nice and early in order to have everything ready on time and were nothing but smiles and good attitudes. The food was not only fresh and flavorful but the experience they gave us was the best! We were able to hand select our toppings, sauce and pasta then watch them make it right in front of us. The interactive experience was most definitely a highlight within our special occasion.

Nick Billotti and his team truly made our anniversary party a smashing success! We have chosen a venue - garden - which, though magical, was difficult in terms of serving. And they managed just beautifully! Everything was working like a clock - the tables, the chairs, the decorations, the ware, the beverage bar. Billotti's pasta bar was the perfect choice for such setting, being served warm without an effort; and delicious; and offering variety (I actually noticed quite a few of our guests taking a second or third round :-) Thank you, Nick, will call again soon!

Billotti's just catered my wedding and it was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Nick is so easy to work with, and his communication was great. Planning a wedding during a pandemic isn't optimal but Nick was the easiest part of the planning. The day of the wedding Nick and his crew showed up and totally put together a pasta bar that was nothing short of amazing. We had passed appetizers that were so good that my guests are still raving about them, followed by a pasta dinner that was nothing short of outstanding. My only suggestion is be prepared for your guest going back more than once! Nick's set up and clean up was so professional that after they left there wasn't a trace that they had been there. I need to include in this review the crew that Nick brought into my home. They were without a doubt the very best. They were professional while being personable and my guest loved them. They were so respectful of my home and just a pleasure to have here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Billotti's catering. You won't be sorry. Amazing Food! We had the absolute pleasure having Nick and his team cater our daughter's wedding. We had the pasta bar. Our guests were raving about the food and many went back for more. Nick and his team from Billotti's Catering catered my rehearsal dinner.. Their self contained pasta bar was perfect for the venue, which did not have great access to outlets or have an on site kitchen. Nick was personable and flexible, rolling with the punches when we were a little behind schedule. My guests raved about the choose your own pasta options, which included vegan and gluten free pasta and sauces. The vegetables, meats and cheeses were all clearly fresh and everything tasted great. For what we got and how much everyone enjoyed it, it was a bargain. The event coordinator was so impressed by Billottis she added them to her recommended vendors list. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, reasonably-priced catering.
