I went about 330 and it was empty, but got busy soon after. Pizza was fantastic, lady who made it was very nice, bathrooms were clean a n, and they play good music. Highly recommended. Paid 15.50 for a pizza that I are alone but could feed two

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Blaze Pizza because everything from start to finish was fast, fresh, and friendly. The staff was welcoming and efficient, taking the time to ensure my pizza was made exactly how I wanted it with my favorite toppings. The ingredients were vibrant and fresh, and I appreciated how quickly my custom pizza was ready—hot and perfectly crisp. Blaze Pizza Pasadena was a great find. As someone who sometimes has a fierce but small appetite, I really appreciated the option to order a half pizza — super convenient. I had a half Hawaiian to start (which hit the spot), and honestly ended up wanting another half after that, which made me laugh.
My girlfriend had a full vegan pizza and said it was delicious — lots of customisation options and everything came out fresh and quick. The staff were super nice too — friendly, relaxed, and helpful without any pressure.
Bonus shoutout to the blood orange lemonade — absolutely amazing. Refreshing, not too sweet, and the perfect combo with pizza. The space was clean, service was fast, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in Pasadena.
Blaze pizza was amazing the two guys that took care of us were patient with taking our orders and checked in to see if we were doing great. Our pizzas were cooked at purrrrfection . They also let us know about leaving a feedback and answer a few questions online about their service and got ourselves free desserts . I think that was pretty cool. The space was very clean as well I loved that !

I ordered a pizza and the toppings were all wrong (my wife picked it up and didn't realize it). I called to complain and they asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to make the pizza for me again. I didn't have time to go back so I said I wanted a refund. They said they were busy so Angel the manager was supposed to call me back. I never got the call back. I sent two emails. I tried calling again but was never able to get a hold of anybody or get a response to my emails. Very bizarre. Glad that they're moving their corporate office out of Pasadena and out of state. Good riddance.
Update: I sent an email to the email address I was told to contact in response to this review, and still nothing. No response. Great customer service.

Usually I get acknowledge for my pickup order. Today I was not acknowledge so I went to the order line to finally get attention after 5mins. Mind you 5 of them were working tonight, and three of them were lallygagging. I was on a lunch break so I cant stand around waiting for my already made food.Do better.
