The Carne Asada Fries are amazing. But everything else isn't. The chicken is always dry. Now I went to the one in Glendale and it was 5 stars. The Pasadena cooks need retraining stat!
Their burritos are delicious but their beer-battered carne asada fries got me feelin’ some type of way. I cannot even begin to express how much I love their carne asada fries
Listen, they make good food, the workers are good, not great, but they're good. The issue is have is that the PRICING ONLING IS FALSE. I ordered two 10 dollar burritos over the phone. Come to pick it up and my bill is 30 bucks. Their 9.95 al pastor burrito is actually 13.95 when you come in. The owner needs to fix this because having out dated pricing is just straight up false advertising.
Again, love the food. Good workers, place is clean. But there's no reason why a burrito should be 40% more expensive than a year ago. Atleast list it correctly.
I cannot eat meat. I ordered a cheese quesadilla but they put in meat. What was I supposed to do with that. This was for our New Year’s Eve dinner celebration. My night was ruined. I am so hungry right now. You are terrible and we won't return
This is the spot if you want some breakfast tacos or a fat burrito.
After a long day at Universal Studios, we saw on the internet that Brick and Flour was open till 10 pm. We arrived at 9:30. I apologized to the counter person for being late diners, but he didn't even acknowledge my comment. We tried to place our order at the kiosk, but unfortunately it was not working. We asked if we could place our order at the counter. Even though they weren't closing for half an hour, he was already counting the cash from the register. Seeing that, we decided to pay by card rather than cash as we had planned. We ordered two burritos and two tacos. After we placed the order, he informed us that there was no more dining in. It was apparent that we were not welcome. At that point, we just wanted to get our food and go. Once we were in our car, we opened our food. The food was literally dripping with grease. It was incredibly messy to eat and the amount of grease made it inedible after just a few bites. At the end of the day we spent $40 on food we ended up tossing in the trash.
We will not be coming back. There is a Brick and Flour in Valencia where we've dined at with outstanding customer service; perhaps this location could learn from them.☹️
No ambiance and filthy bathroom.
Vegetarian options: Bathroom needs attention, no paper towels and dirty.

This was our go to spot for asada fries, but the service has been horrible the last two times. Last time, the guy didn’t want to take our order and instead told us to use the self service kiosk. The kiosk says for take out only. This time, we came at 7pm on 11/29 and walked in and the kiosk wasn’t working. We let the guy know, and he rolled his eyes and mumbled something and just stood there waiting for our order. When the food was done, he placed it on the counter and walked away without even asking if we wanted salsa. I asked for salsa, and he gave me one even though there were two separate orders. When I asked if we could have one each, he rolled his eyes and tossed another on the counter. Needless to say we won’t be coming back.

All my gal has to say is, "Brick and Morty," and I know it's gonna be a good night. This is our favorite place, and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The fries have this awesome seasoning. The burritos are incredible no matter what you get. The workers there are the best. Couldn't recommend this place more.

A pretty good fast food Mexican restaurant that does all the classics. The flavors are good and the portions are big. The interior is very clean and well designed. The chips come with some seasoning which was good. Staff are very friendly and the food comes pretty quickly. Overall a good option for a quick and filling meal.

The food wasn't good. The bathroom was disgusting like a gas station bathroom. And it was $80.

Asada fries. Go for the regular fries, not the fancy ones. They fade fast so eat them at the restaurant or within a few minutes. Best al pastor torta from a brick and mortar restaurant I’ve had. Very accommodating staff but they are all busy so they are understandably efficient.
